Boavista Golf & Spa Resort

We had an amazing holiday here. First time I've gone to a golf resort with family. I was dubious at first but it's much more kid friendly than I thought with the park and multiple pools (indoor and out). I really like the golf course on site and it's also a short drive to others. It was so quiet and peaceful, but we were early in holiday season so perhaps that's why. Short and easy drive from Faro airport. And only 5mins out from Lagos which is a nice town. We'll definitely be going again!

We just stayed here for 5 days , the townhouses are huge, really well equipped and gorgeous . If you have young kids, and a pushchair I’d advise staying in a premium townhouse closer to the heated pool at the top as the walk through the gardens up to the pool can be a bit of a struggle with a pushchair , only a few minutes though so not a deal breaker , in just not much of a walker lol. The on site bistro has lovely food , staff were friendly and the whole complex was immaculate . As the hotel itself suggest, a car would be advisable but if your like me and don’t like driving abroad then we used bolt ( it’s like Uber) and the fares to and from Lagos or Luz was never more then 5 euro, usually around the 3 euro mark . We will definitely return to this hotel

Very nice and very clean resort. The check in and check out service was great with friendly staff. I used most of the facilities and enjoyed my stays. I will visit again.

Very beautiful place. The apartments were precious and were cleaned everyday. The spa facilities are great and you need to book 3-4 days in advance. The only downside is that the location is out of the town and you need to have your own car. Not accessible by public transport.

We played the course. Loved it. Play up and down hills, over water, ravine, beautiful

Stayed on the resort for more than a week and it was wonderful. The rooms are quite modern and you can find everything you want. The place was really quiet and we could relax as much as we wanted without being bothered. The room service was also excellent and on one day when we put the do not disturb sign, we got a message from the reception telling us that we can go and ask for fresh towels at the reception in case we need them. The only downside would be that there is a few km to Lagos and if you don't have a car it can be quite difficult to get an Uber to come to the location.

Luxury apartments in a really quiet and nice complex. 2 bedrooms dishwasher washer spotless clean it’s a perfect quiet place the pool is never full and really clean and large I would say hire a car as it’s so easy to drive around. The health spar as an indoor pool plus gym and is fairly prices children up to 17 half price who ever gave this place a bad review must be crazy as it’s a 10 out of 10 for me

We enjoyed our stay. Close to Lagos which we really liked but also nice and peaceful when you want to be away. Did not golf but the course looks challenging.

What a beautiful resort is Boavista Golf & Spa. A true Portugese golf tranquility. To rent a an apartment is amazing. Beautiful clean apartment. They clean it every day. There is a restaurant where you can order a pizza. There is a swimming pool and an area to lay in the sun. A true 5 stars resort. The staff was nice and friendly. You can park the car in front of your apartment.

Visited the Spa and Restaurant twice on a guest pass. Very nice gym ( modern equipment), nice pool, sauna steam room. Maintained well. Good restaurant and menu, excellent attentive service at Spa abd Restaurant.

Never stayed in resort so can't rate it . But the clubhouse and course are superb our group really love the course

Great round of golf. Lovely course and in great condition. Lots of picturesque holes. We got our tee time mixed up and arrived a bit late but the staff managed to fit us in. Great service as always. Thank you very much

Very clean, comfortable and quite resort. The spacious town houses are very well equipped with everything one needs for a family vacation. The location is good if one has a rental car. If not it might be a bit too far away from everything. I'd always come back.

The course is really well maintained and challenging. Green fee is very reasonable, even on the low end for the Algarve. Friendly staff. Could use a couple more beverage carts though. Wear sunscreen

Fantastic resort with a wide range of accomodation to suit everyones needs, with shared and private pools a stones throw away. The cleaners come on a daily basis to keep everything in order and the grounds are regularly maintained to keep the scenic appearance. I've been coming her for 15years so I have a strong appreciation for the amount of work that goes on behind the scenes to make this an enjoyable stay for guests

Food is good value and very tasty
Staff are really friendly and coffee is really good.

Great course. A favourite of my late FIL a great round and going back tomorrow to try harder a nice club house with friendly staff. 👍.

Played golf here and it was a great days golf

We went as guests to try out the putting green. A golf coach helped fist timers with the initial holding the golf club and putting. That was very enjoyable and we practiced for some time. We later had a tour of Boa Vista which is a beautiful place indeed. Later we retired to the Clubhouse and had refreshments which were excellent. That day the weather was wonderful and the views over the surrounding countryside was stunning. An excellent day out.
