Restaurante Faia

...it's a lovely day here at Restaurante Faia. Enjoying the potato soup, a Faia branco, cordon bleu with potato wedges, and dessert. Absolutely delicious!

Very nice and quiet little German oriented restaurant, with great views over the Atlantic Ocean. Staff is super friendly and the food is great.

Had dinner today with a cousin at Restaurante Faia. The food and the service was excellent. Their ice creams are to die for, and so is the magnificent view!
We highly recommend this restaurant.

Suzy is a wonderful lady!! She runs it by herself, with 2 kitchen staff! It’s so wonderful what kind of food they can make and the experience they can create with such limited assistance! It felt like we were catered to personally, and I know that’s how everyone around us also felt!

The bread and azorean cheese with home made jam was a delicious starter! I had the beef goulash and it was TO DIE FOR! My friends had both the normal and vegetarian Rosti, and the chicken steak! We had deserts and local liquor and eveyrhing was so adorable for what we ate!!

There were three lovely cats, all so friendly!! This was definitely a must go!!!

All together, I shared a starter, had main and desert, 2 drinks and a liquor and it cost me 33€!! Absolute STEAL!!

Friendly. Excellent view. The best food we've had on three islands. Octopus & the beef. Gin & tonics were great. Nice German beer.

My husband and I stopped in at lunch for the view and because of the good reviews. I was happy to see salad on the menu since we had a few heavy Portuguese meals in the days before and it was delicious!! Very fresh and the chicken was cooked perfectly. Also the lemonade was incredibly good. And the view was beautiful!

A beautiful restaurant with a spectacular view. A German couple owns the place and it is stunning. If you are looking for one of the best restaurants - if not the best restaurant - on Pico island..this is the place to go. There is a lot of attention to detail and the service is very nice as well. And the ice cream is from heaven! You have to make it here if you are traveling through Pico Island

Best Restaurant on the Island Pico. Fantastic fresh and awesome quality food. A beautifull terrace with a breathtaking view over the atlantic ocean. Best service i ever had on the acores. Very friendly, fast and always smile :-) can't wait to go there again.

My friends and I had dinner here tonight and honestly it was 100/10. The owner (Suzie) is fabulous and made us feel so at home. The food is absolutely INCREDIBLE and the views are beautiful. There are lovely cats and they are so friendly too. Honestly could not recommend this restaurant enough. Thank you!!

A very good, tasty restaurant with Swiss and Portuguese dishes! I also really recommend the homemade icecream, delicious marmelade and oil! From the terrace you have a beautiful view to the ocean and the and the owner, cook and stuff are very friendly. I will shureley come back!

We arrived without a reservation but they could fit us in. Others after us weren’t so lucky. Seriously advise making a reservation to this fantastic restaurant on Pico. The food was delicious and the staff, very friendly. My wife had Parrot fish and I, the Roti! We talked about the food after with big smiles! We can’t wait to come back. Feast well at Restaurant Faia!

The best meal we had whilst in Pico, can’t miss this restaurant! Incredible food (loved the vegetarian options) and service - you must try the garlic bread and homemade marmalades too.

We had a really nice Velha cooked in “papillote” style. It was really juicy, tasty and kept warm all meal. We also enjoyed a local rosé wine with spectacular views. Staff was really gentle.

One of the best restaurants on the island. Well done

The parrot fish dish was very good.
The other dishes we ordered were also well prepared. But please offer home made french fries instead of store bought ones.
