A wonderfully tranquil spot for indulging in delightful wines amidst the bustling hubbub. The staff is not only friendly but also highly informative. The sight of folks getting their wines from a vending machine adds an intriguing touch. Personally, I greatly appreciated the unhurried pace that allowed me to fully savour my wine. If you happen to find yourself in the area, I wholeheartedly recommend giving ViniPortugal a whirl.

We’ve booked the wine tasting for red wines and it was an amazing experience thank to our lovely sommelier Ronél who was impeccable. She made a beautiful selection of wines and made sure to explain everything about the regions and the caracteristics of each one. She’s very knowledgeable and passionate about Portuguese wine. My friend and I were delighted and we throughly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended

Very nice place in the center of Porto. We have tasted some really good wines here. Julia provided a great overview of the wines and regions and made some good suggestions. Cecilia recommended one of her favorites "Abandonado". Not cheap, but for sure one of the best wines we have tasted. We also can recommend Porto wines, all we tasted were good. My personal favorite during the tasting was Quinta Da Devesa Porto, 30 years. If you are in Porto and would like to taste good wines and at the same time have a pleasant experience, visit this place! Once more thank you to Julia and Cecilia for the good time!

Really cool opportunity to try a bunch of really nice wines - you can totally taste the differences - and get some really expert recommendations from the staff. The pricing by the card is really nice because it's so easy to mix and match

Totally recommended.
On the day of my visit I made a reservation the day before, very easy.
The guy who greeted us was very friendly and patient.
Clearly you must be too because you are going to a wine tasting, therefore, the idea is to go relax.
We tasted 5 wines for a total of €20 euros per person. The wines were of very good quality, I never thought that Portugal had such good wines.
They explain the wines to you along with a map of Portugal's wine regions, so you know exactly where the wine you're about to drink comes from.

We drank a sparkling wine, a rosé, a white, a red and the 10-year-old port wine.
All excellent! You have to imagine that each bottle was worth between €20 and €50 euros, therefore, you are tasting really good wines.
The room is very nice and cozy, and there is a very pleasant atmosphere, since everyone is enjoying the wine.
I love being in a place where I know that others share the same taste that I have for wine or whatever.

I came here a week ago with 2 friends. The service was excellent, very kind and prepared about the wines. The prices are so good: you manage to have a good wine experience and not spend too much: we tasted 4 wines each and paid 10 euros each (you can also choose to have more and pay 2.50 more for every glass). It was very affordable and a very good experience, if I'll ever go back to Porto I am sure I'll come back!

This tour is a ‘must do’. Hugely informative about wines for all over Portugal and a far better experience than going to a port cellar. Julia was hugely informative and generous with both the amount of wine tasted and her time explaining about the wine, grape varieties and regions. After one hour we left having expanded our knowledge hugely and reduced our ability to put one foot in front of the other (we didn’t take advantage of the spittoon…oops). Thanks Julia for a great tasting session.

Super informative and very helpful. We really enjoyed our visit and our host provided us with truly special wines. We asked her (I forget her name!!) to suggest some wineries in between Porto and Lisbon, as we were driving between the two cities the next day, and she enthusiastically provided us with a list of several wineries. It was incredibly appreciated.

We had a great introduction to Portuguese wine here. We went for the 3 glasses of wine for €10. Cecilia was a very personable and knowledgable guide that spoke passionately about these wines, answering our many questions. Included in this package we were also given a glass of port. Thanks very much!

Come for a taste of Portugal and continue to stay due to the excellent staff. They are knowledgeable of all aspects of the grape and it's process, enthusiastic for what Portugal has to offer. Had a wonderful tasting and left with an abundance of knowledge and a few bottles. Big shout out to Julia for this wonderful experience

Such a nice experience! Very well explained tasting. We tried red, white, rosé and Porto wine. The sommelier was very polite and understanding. We arrived 30 min before closing time, she warned us that for a good experience were neccessary at least 45 min but we decided to try anyway and she did a really nice job. Very well done and thanks for the nice experience and professional treatment. Definitely coming back for more tastings!

Vinhos de Portugal is a great place to try a lot of different wines from Portugal. You prepay for a card and use it to purchase tastes of whichever wines you choose. There is a good selection of white wines, a few roses, reds and some dessert wines as well. A great place to get to know the local wines!

What a great experience! It's an amazing concept in which you can taste several wines from all the regions in Portugal. This is the most complete wine tasting room that I've ever visited.
