This is my best secret garden in Porto, so quite peaceful and beautiful view of the river.The park entry maybe a bit tricky to find for us. There is the steps labyrinth to the road below, very interesting route

Fabulous terraced park with beautiful views, trees and sculptures. Enter at the top and wind your way down towards the river, or stop to sunbathe.

One of the most beautiful parks and viewpoint in Porto ❤
It's very close to the center, like 10 minutes walking.
And don't forget after this going to Parque de Cristal ☺

Lovely view from a street above the park (lots of bars in this area too)

Brilliant views but a bloody maze as a lot of the gates that are supposed to be opened are closed at certain times(random AF), would highly recommend for a romantic chill, picnic or to just get away from the craze of the centre. Amazing view points and if you make the effort and look around extensively enough will some find some gems of hidden spots. Bring some packed lunches

amazing place, especially in the non touristic season

A really beautiful terraced park that was being used by people enjoying the views. There are some benches but it most people seem to have brought a blanket to throw down on the grass and many had picnics. Near it is a wonderful viewpoint.

Amazing views of Porto and the Douro river! It gets packed in the evenings with specially a young crowd. There’s a nice viewing area from the top with a street full of bars. I recommend you bring your picnic blanket and get a couple of drinks with your friends.

Mysterious terraced gardens with excellent views of the river. The terraces have open and shaded areas with plenty of benches to sit and enjoy. The garden lack flowers or really any other foliage which is a shame, but if you are looking for a quiet spot it is perfect. There are public toilets also which are clean and pleasant are public toilets go.

Best place to meet people, chill, watch the sunset, feel grateful for life. ✨

Nice chillin place, good views

Sunsets here are a whole vibe fr 😎

Not many locals even know of the existence of this park, and even less are not daunted by the many steps to climb in order to traverse the park.

As such, it doesn't get crowded here, so it's perfect for a relaxing visit. It also boasts some spectacular views, both south to the river as well as the surrounding terraces.

And finally, because it's full of some very old stonework, such as fountains, stairs and walls, it has a very unique, magical aura about it. Well worth a visit.

Favourite location in entire Porto!!

It’s a very small park wedged in between hilly streets that are packed with restaurant terraces and cars passing by.

But the view. Absolutely breathtaking! You can see the entire river meandering it’s way through all the way to the west.

Tons of folks just sitting there on the grass with a drink or two, makes for an excellent vibe.

Come here just before or during sunset and get one of the most spectacular views of the city and a great sunset.

It does get cold and windy though so remember to bring layers or a warm jacket.

Highly recommend checking out this hidden gem!

What a great place to see the sunset!

There is always a lot of people gathering around here, you can see the river, the sea and Arrábida’s bridge.

It’s a great place to linger and have a beer with friends!
