Did a tasting here and was very impressed! I’ve done a few port tastings in Porto so far and these wines were my absolute favorites. The environment is also very pretty and calm.

A great place to taste aged Tawnies by glass. The store specializes on tawnies and you can enjoy them by the glass in a nice and calm tasting room with round wooden tables.

I tried a hlass of Kopke 2003 colheita which was a pure enjoyment with flavors of caramel and apricot and grape jam. Higly recommend to stop for a glass of interesting old tawnies.

Today is the happiest day of my porto visit by far, and the highlight starts with the pleasant experience here. Got the classic set of wine tasting, 5 glass of different types of port wine, all very unique and tasty, comes with still water and some biscuits(they looks like digest biscuit but nice). I am not a wine person at all but I can enjoy port wine, try to tell the difference of the taste after a very clear explanation. It is not too busy today so I have the chance to really talk with the guy(I even forgot to ask for the name), having some conversation about the wine, travel and culture. Planned to stay here for 45 mins but the wine and chat was so nice, I stayed for full 3 hours. Gonna be a precious memory for a long time.
Brought some wine after the tasting, very reasonable and affordable price! (Even feels like too cheap for the quality after I visited paris and belgium...)

Tiego gave us a great description of the port wines in our flight and also took extra time to help explain the Douro subregions and the best vintage years. This is a convenient stop if you want to try port wines from multiple Sogevinus brands at a single place.

Pedro is the best representative who knows the best port wines and details. Great tastings and nice atmosphere.

Port wine tasting, we had the Classic Pack which includes 5 glasses of different port wine (2 whites, 1 rosé, 1 ruby and 1 tauwny). Very good service.
