We stopped at this restaurant after our visit to Machu Picchu. It is located on the road parallel to river. This unassuming place has excellent food and drinks. Pisco sours were 2 for 1. I ordered grilled trout w lemon sauce (trucha parilla) and hubby got bisteck w onions. Also had cream of pumpkin soup. Everything was delicious including the papas frites. And they don't have tout standing outside to get you in. Lots of outside seating. Highly recommend El Mayu Pata in Agua Calientes.

Vinimos a desayunar y la comida estuvo riquísima. El jugo de naranja es exprimido realmente y los panes que acompañan son deliciosos. 100% recomendado para desayunar

Un bonito restaurant, con una amplia carta y la atención bastante buena.
Las comidas con porciones pequeñas pero sabrosas y detalladamente preparadas.
Atienden rápido.
Recomiendo como "picada" para comida chatarra y beber tragos frente al río.
No alcanza para 5 estrellas.
Le doy 3.5

Deberían mejorar los precios dado que sus platos no están a la altura.

Convenient location to the train station. Everything else was bad. Slow service and expensive for Peru. Food was not good. The hamburguesa de carne and chicken sandwiches were pretty bad.
