Hotel Ferré Machu Picchu

I was staying at Hotel Ferre via a tour. I was one of the tourists who became stranded for 5 days and stayed at Hotel Ferre throughout my time. The hotel staff was extremely kind and helpful during this stressful period. Elba, the front desk manager, gave us information when she could and was attentive to let us know where there were updates. Julio, one of the workers, was also very helpful in getting information and also getting us on the train. I am very thankful for the staff here!

In addition, the rooms were clean, there were great views from the restaurant and the breakfast every day was really nice.

This hotel is right on the river, and the sound of the river put us right to sleep.
The room had everything we needed... great hot shower... views of the river are spectacular.... buffet breakfast was good... we used the business center to print tickets.. front desk was very helpful...
Just make sure you grab a room with mountain view and not the front as there is a train that passes by a few times... in the back you barely hear it over the river.
It's not located in the centre so it's not crowded or noisy. 5 min walk to center plaza, bus station and trains.
This is not a luxury hotel, but the price is right and it had everything we needed for a nice stay... I would stay here again.

Great hotel for post Salkantay trek, provided by tour agency. Great for a 3 star rating. Really comfy beds and great shower. Buffet breakfast on the 6th floor was well appointed.

We paid for two rooms without a view however, the hotel gave us two rooms with an AWESOME view to the river without an extra charge. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay there.

5 stars for the cleanliness! Hot water, clean sheets, comfi bed, great breakfast at the rooftop with the view. We got room facing rail way so it was a bit noisy, so if you are a light sleeper ask for quite room.

No frills but very clean and comfortable. Amazing views of the river from the room and the breakfast area on top. WiFi works ok, not speedy but gets you connected. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating.

Absolutely beautiful hotel located within walking distance of the bus station and the train station. Very clean and the rooms seem to be state of the art. Bathrooms are nice and I guess the only complaint could be the noice from the trains! Very friendly staff and highly recommended hotel located right in Machu Picchu!

We had the best experience staying there even though it was just for one night. The view from our room to the river and mountains was breathtaking. I definitely would recommend it to anyone traveling to Macchu Picchu.

Es un hotel moderno y limpio. Muy bien ubicado, pero enfrente de la estación de trenes, por eso algunas habitaciones pueden ser ruidosas. El personal es muy atento y amable. El desayuno se sirve en el último piso por lo que permite tener una hermosa vista. Muy lindas habitaciones. La ducha es increíble

Me gusto mucho el hotel ya que es muy bonito dormir con el sonido del rio arrullandote. Se ubica muy cerca de la estación del tren y de la plaza principal, así que puedes ir caminando a pasear y conocer aguas calientes, nos ofrecieron un rico desayuno antes de partir a la tan esperada excursión: Machu Pichu. Los empleados del hotel tuvieron el lindo detalle de llevar el equipaje a la estación del tren .
