I have been fortunate enough to stay at Cocoloche a number of times. Each time the place has been spotlessly clean. The waters of the Pacific Ocean are as blue as they can be. Waking up in the morning to the sound of howler monkey troops calling to each other is incredibly special. All of the amenities that anyone could want are there. It is an easy 4-5 hour drive from Panama City over good roads, but some turns in some of the cities can be difficult to find. This is not a problem, however, if you just keep heading south down the Azuero Peninsula. The scenery is spectacular! Look east at sunrise over Achotines Bay, or west in the evening toward Cerro Hoya National Park 50 miles away.
I would rate this facility at five stars any time!
