4elements

We (couple + 3 kids + 2 seniors) stayed last week here. Everything was great and as per their website.
We were originally scheduled to stay earlier this year but, due to work related matters, we had to change our plans. My husband immediately contacted the hotel, explained the situation and was able to change the dates. Their response was fast and sorted out our problem on the spot. When we were finally able to visit 4elements, we were very happy with our choice.
Weather was mostly rainy during our stay, but they did their best to assist us have the best experience. They provided transportation anytime we needed it, and this was very useful to go to the beach and return when weather stroke. The pool and jacuzzi right in front of our villa were great to keep an eye on the kids while they had fun.
In our experience, everyone was very helpful and friendly, especially Eduardo (the manager), Javier, Elias and Genesis.

I had a great time and the service was on point. They know exactly where to take you around. Villa is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. They also arranged for us to take a boat tour of the islands and picked us up and brought us from the airport. Food was delish. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

We’ve been going to Isla Contadora for many years, but this was the first time we stayed at this hotel.
The experience was great and I highly recommend it. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and have all gadgets/appliances you might want or need.
Staff is very friendly and attentive. The private dinner on the beach was special too.
The hotel beach is not great to swim (but it’s gorgeous), but there’re many great options a short walk (or ride) away.

Beautiful sanctuary on a gorgeous island. Private luxurious guest rooms with a beautiful deck and pool right outside our door.

Lovely stay, very comfy bedrooms. This place can be very romantic for a getaway. Definitely coming back here with some friends, me and my boyfriend loved every second of it! The beach is right down the stairs and it's private, we even did some quiet yoga by the shore. Thank you to Eduardo and Andres who made our stay very special. Friendly staff, Andres went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

4 Elements is worth of it's reputation.
A luxurious and very private resort in Contadora with Bali vibes gave us an excellent experience.
The staff was very attentive and friendly.

I booked a trip to Panama City but did not know where we wanted to go around the country. We stumbled upon contadora and it seemed like a unique place.

I reached out to 4elements via WhatsApp to ask some questions on availability and some details as I couldn’t quite peg down how to get around and where to eat etc. I was with my wife, two teenage daughters, and my father in law.

Once I was engaged in dialogue with 4elements I learned that this is a totally different experience than I have ever had at a destination. There are some resorts that hang their hat on having a great piece of real estate, buildings, etc but average service. 4elements has a 5 star facility and 7 star service.

They have a staff / culture of constant communication and attention. I wasn’t sure if we were to take the ferry or charter a flight. The owner put me in touch with Eddy, the Director of making magic happen. Eddy secured a charter for us and coordinated all the transfers.

We have stayed at “luxury” hotels, 5 star properties, and family run lodges and b&bs. This was a completely different format and culture that I had never experienced. As stated above, it wasn’t obvious the food situation and getting to local restaurants, safety etc.

I learned that they have a diverse menu and each meal at the resort we were asked when and if we wanted to have it in our villa, by the pool, on the beach, or even a quiet island excursion.

Transportation - they handle 100% of getting you around the island. From pickup at the airport/ferry dock, to random excursions, grocery runs, restaurants, etc they are always on standby to take you safely.

Food- we kept it simple and had a variety of comfort foods at the resort and generally ate family style each trying the different entrees.

A couple of nights eddy arranged for us to have reservations at recommended restaurants. Casa Tortuga was a standout authentic Italian restaurant that felt farm to table and the owner was cordial and attended to us like we were vips.

Activities- they coordinated snorkeling one day and fishing the next. We even got a call mid day that a school of fish had moved in and they got us quickly to the beach to chase a feeding frenzy for a couple of hours ;)

Camaraderie - I was nervous that it was going to be too much of a “luxury” vibe and we would not fit in. The staff quickly learned our vibe and it was like staying with old friends. There were couples staying there seeking a more formal experience and they were getting what they needed. Eddy was the real standout and his team reflects his attention to detail and commitment to perfection in a place that is probably logistically challenging.

I was hesitant to post my feelings because I feel like 4elements is the type of place that will be so sought after once the word gets out that I won’t be able to get back ;)

It's just an amazing place. We had a wonderful time to relax. The staff is so friendly and helps with everything you might need on the island.

El lugar es aun mas mágico que en las fotos. Tiene areas al aire libre completamente divinas y la playa es prácticamente privada.
El personal es muy bueno y están pendientes de ti de una manera super personalizada. Todo el equipo de 4elements junto con mi novio, fueron parte de la sorpresa mas linda de mi vida!
Tienes la opciones alquilar carrito para poder moverte por la isla libremente.
Hagan mucho caso a las recomendaciones de Eduardo y Elias, son muy acertivos de que hacer y a donde ir.

Eduardo estuvo pendiente desde dias antes de nuestra llegada, asegurandose que tuvieramos todo lo que necesitariamos para que nuestra experiencia fuera mas alla de lo promocionado. Las instalaciones son hermosas, comodas y lo mejor es que todo funciona a la perfeccion. Elias, Javier y el resto de el equipo nos atendieron siempre con una sonrisa. 100% recomendado para una visita de lujo a contadora.
