Full of trusted brands and no fake products also very affordable

The place is excellent, surrounded by the biggest shopping centre in Groningen: IKEA, Kwantum, Decathlon, and others. Good collection, many discount items, easy to be accessed by public transport, bike & car (there is a parking space in front of the shop).

Although they almost never had the items we wanted! (Honestly, almost never!), still it is a very nice place to go and discover new product and see the products you want closely.

The store is well-stocked and has a vast range of options for most budgets. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly, and were able to answer most questions I had about specific products/needs. They also offered helpful advice on which products would best suit my needs.

Yes i was here. NO! I did not purchase any electronics. But the vibes were right and the service adequate. Thus i left with Fire in my belly, i would soon return with credit and capital, and then, smack it down on the counter for the cashier to know that i mean business.

It's my place to go like a retail therapy. Even 8f I don't buy anything but all the electronics always mesmerise me. Very nice staff too.

Good prices, competent personnel

Perfect service for good prices. Product broke down a few times during the warranty period. Was repaired and when that was proven unsuccessful i got my full amount of money paid for the product back. Really nice staff with expertise and knowledge

A big box electronics store like Best Buy. The staff member who helped me was very kind and helpful and perfectly willing to speak English. Great selection of products and brands, everything from gaming laptops to vacuum cleaners.

Customer service was topnotch, because I got the help I needed.

For us it's usually MediaMarkt, whenever we want to find a piece of equipment. 9/10 times our job is done. The 10nth we are looking for sth very specific so we're not surprised it's not to be found at a store.
Very friendly staff as well, whenever we had a question or we couldn't find what we were looking for, they were always happy to help.
