Levi's® Rotterdam

Went looking together with my girlfriend for new jeans, employees were quickly coming in to help and provide information and feedback on the jeans she tried on. They clearly know what they’re talking about and we had a nice time there.

I was very surprised at how good the customer service was from the moment I entered the store all the way until I left. I was helped by a sales assistant who was so helpful and knowledgeable, she advised me on which models would fit me best and which size I needed. Best customer service I've experienced in years in a retail store.

My experience in this Levi's Rotterdam was very pleasant. The staff spoke a perfect English, was helfpul without being intrusive and put much effort in finding a specific model I was looking for.

It is a nice place to buy quality jeans but for me it is not a value to money option.
I prefer buying jeans from other countries and from some nice online stores.

Never see shop assistance professionals like in this store ( two asian guy in my case ), Absolutely awesome & nice

Super geholpen door de medewerkers. Ik was opzoek naar een orginele, ouderwetse en zonder stretch, 501 broek. Keurig geholpen. En toen ik een weeffout zag was het ook geen probleem dat ik een andere kreeg.

Geweldige broek gekocht! Het is natuurlijk Levi's, dus verwacht een wat hogere prijs. Maar dat is ook terecht, want hier krijg je echt goede broeken en advies. De mevrouw die mij geholpen heeft, gaf de tip om een maatje kleiner te kopen omdat de broek wat zou uitrekken. Dat klopte helemaal! Al met al ben ik hier super geholpen.
