Incredible selection of authentic Indian ingredients. I was able to prepare a delicious butter chicken thanks to the high quality paste I got here. Special mention to the guy at the counter, he's super friendly and really knows his stuff :) Ask him anything, he knows!

I love going there, they have all you need for Indian grocery shopping. The owners are polite and helpful. They also have delicious Indian snacks and curries.

I was looking for Indian grocery and my search ended in Authentic India. Good collection for Indian food. I was not able to search few things in the store but shop owner helped me to find out the things and suggested few more things. They sell fresh Indian curries and fresh Indian style tea. They had good options for non vegetarians and vegetarians too. They also have fresh Indian sweets. They also sell fresh mangoes from India. I would love to visit them once again.

Just landed in Amsterdam on 22nd august, and went here and this place made me miss home SO MUCH !! Going there feels like a big hug from my home. Listening to the gurbani that’s playing (so peaceful and soothing) and the every so sweet lady whose the owner. I almost forget how costly it is to get Indian stuff in Amsterdam 🤣🤣 missing the Rs 40 masalas back home. But will always go here to buy stuff from my home ♥ and to listen to people speaking Hindi and punjabi 🥲

Mostly dried, frozen and canned goods but had most of the items I was looking for and the price is decent for import.

Besides all (special) ingredients, you will find excellent help from the very kind shop-owners. They helped me a lot with making my novice Indian cooking a great success. I highly recommend Authentic India to everyone in Amsterdam as first place to visit for a successful Indian cooking adventure.

Great store. You will find almost every Indian food item here. They also do home delivery which works the best if you want to order heavy items in bulk.

Great shop with too many varieties of Indian food. Visa debit is accepted. Chilled, frozen and lots of grocery and some ready to eat freshly cooked takeaway as well. Definitely Recommended.

Great place to buy ingredients as well as packaged ready to eat Indian food and breads. They have a fresh vegetables section, packaged food section and also frozen section. We got some incredibly good parathas, naan and kebabs in the frozen section. They also sell home cooked food but choice here is limited. One could also find Amul butter here. The owners are very helpful.

So pleased this store is in my neighbourhood. All the indian spices you could want, great customer service, homemade paneer and oh my - their veggie samosas with the spicy green sauce are heaven.

Delicious samosas made that day in house. Small shop stacked with all kinds of delicious things from India. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Makes you want to go to India.

So happy to have this shop near by. It has virtually everything you need for cooking indian (at least, from my foreigners' perspective). Personnel is also very kind and helpful.

Its a great place to get most of the daily grocery needs for an Indian family. You can get some good food as well. Need to comment positively about the staff.

This was a complete surprise. They have limited takeaway which we all 4 enjoyed very much. The man running the place is very friendly and his wife very professional. Both were very helpful. They have everything Indian there. Closes at 7:30 pm. We got carried away a bit and spent more than usual.
