I rented a flat through CERRA Makelaars in Rotterdam. The process was extremely smooth, they really helped a lot. From the start, they were very quick in correspondence, whether through email or phone. I was able to move in the very next day after the landlady's decision, which was impressive. The check-in report was super extensive and fair. They're also helping me setting up accounts for utilities and internet etc., which for a foreigner like myself is super appreciated.
