Sound Kitchen - Espressobar

I had a flat white with oat milk here on Sunday morning. It was very chilling and relaxing. The coffee was really good and one can enjoy the marvelous sound equipment in the shop. Listening to music and taste the coffee at the same time. What a lovely experience!! Highly recommended!!

By accident I found this place and I had a really good time!
The coffee is really good, the staff are also nice and next door there is a room with lots of headphones where you can listen to them.

If you have some spare time in Rotterdam, it's worth a visit!

Ordered an espresso from a delicious Colombian coffee from Manhattan Roasters. The barista took his time to dial in the shot, and make sure the espresso was perfect. Totally worth it!

What made my visit extra lovely was a great coffee talk with Mikhail, Sound Kitchen's barista. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable!

For the coffee geeks around, definitely worth a visit! And make sure you try some Colombian Diego Bermudez :)

THE BEST HOT CHOCOLATE! I went here with my sister who is not a big fan of coffee or espresso so she took the hot chocolate, and OMG it was delicious. The espresso was really good aswell. We really enjoyed listening to the various headphones they let you try out as well. The ambiance is a bit luxurious for me so I felt slightly out of place.

Delicious deserts!! We still remember them :)) very nice friendly staff, good coffee, interesting concept: cafe plus music shop. The genre of music was not my favourite but the qualif sound was definitely good

We had the most beautiful experience we ever had in a Café. The coffee is delicious and you can choose from different bones. Also perfect for music lovers, because you can explore the world of headphones and spent hours listening to music.

Stumbled upon this cool spot while walking around Rotterdam. It was a highlight of the trip. Highly recommend checking it out for all your coffee, pastry, and headphones needs. I had the best espresso with ginger beer and fresh lime. Great conversations around headphones and local history. I can’t wait to visit again!

Best coffee we had in Rotterdam, and we had quite a few. The pastries are also really tasty. The owner and barista were super nice and helpful, and the place is really beautiful with a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere.

I stumbled upon this adorable coffee and high fidelity headphone shop after a walk though the park. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they serve delicious coffee that’s roasted locally, have decadent pastries & treats, and their headphone selection is a MUST see for music lovers. I am so glad to have a cafe like this locally!

What a great place! Very nice and calming atmosphere. The barista was very friendly and welcoming. The cappuccino was good and I loved to get a glass of water with it <3. Another important point: the toilet was one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a café, amazing! I highly recommend this place, their pastries looked amazing too.

Many thanks to Michael for being a great owner and host with loads of knowledge and patience with understanding to allow me to audition a good amount of headphones so I can make a good decision!

Got caught in a huge rainstorm and the staff was nice enough to let me hide from the weather. Both the barista and the audio engineer at the store were absolutely lovely and a pleasure to talk to. The coffee was delicious and even though i'm not an audio expert i could tell the equipment is of the best quality. Would recommend to anyone who values good service and a genuine human connection. Thank you, Sound Kitchen! Made my Rotterdam experience all the more memorable. ❤

Visited almost every day during our two weeks in Rotterdam. Excellent quality coffee (ice latte with oat milk is the best we’ve had probably ever), tasty canele, smooth music, very pleasant people working there. Super attentive to details, even their milk is delivered by a milkman. You can also try out high-end headphones next door - something I’m hoping to do on our next visit to Rotterdam
