Friends of us suggested to give it a try after hearing so many good comments of other acquaintances. You will experience a typical
Rotterdam atmosphere with a lot of local people, in where the magic is chef Assis. After a slow start the rollercoaster of flavours enrolled. From amazing sashimi, dutch eel, coquilles .we selected some wines from the rather creative blended wine menu. The great suggestion was the white Rioja. Amazing main courses with dazzling Mediterranean up-spiced sauces, try the codfish!!
We ate black Tigre shrimps, a divine codfish and tarbot. Not to forget the fantastic bread with top salty butter. The symphony of taste ended with surprising top end desserts, a must is the lemon pie, order at the end as well the home made limoncello
Special thx to the inspiring cheer-full staff, they know their job and wines. But overall get the voodoo touch by chef Assis,. It will lead to addiction to come frequently.

Amazing dining experience! Everything was so fresh and very simply cooked with wonderful flavor. When the staff realized we were English speaking, the waitress printed out English menus for our group. Everything we ordered was so fresh and amazing and we all agreed this was our best meal in Europe. Highly recommended for amazing food, relaxing atmosphere, and reasonable pricing.

We walked over 3 kms to get to this restaurant and we were not disappointed. First was the warm welcome. Then comes the delicious fresh dishes from the kitchen.

This is truly one of the best restaurants in Rotterdam. The food is fantastic with fresh and perfectly cooked fish and a great wine selection. What really makes it so special though is the outstanding service from all the staff, who always create the most welcoming and warm atmosphere. It is a place that never disappoints and one to return to again and again.

The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious.
Take some starters to share and finish it off with a main (or even share the mains!).
Will definitely come back when I’m in Rotterdam.

Simply great fish dishes, nice salad and my wife loved the Californian Chardonnay. Very friendly staff. We could park across the street.

The seafood is always so fresh and perfectly prepared. Great wine list as well. My partner and I have dined here three times with family visiting and everyone has loved it. My favorite dish is the gambas curry. My mother-in-law loved the fish and chips. This restaurant also has the nicest servers who are so patient with us as we practice our Dutch!

Had the best oysters there nice small restaurant with a nice open kitchen good food be sure to visit if you like sea food super! (Sorry for the picture I had to dig in it looked so good )

Amazing fresh seafood. Ordered combination of 5 entree and appetizers. Everything 10/10. First class food and staff. Very accommodating and first class in every way. Prices very reasonable for the quality.

Great selection of fish. I had fish and fries. Amazing taste. The service is great. Wonderful wine selection 😋. They play great songs but not disturbing at all. I had a very lovely time. And not expensive at all.

Alway extremely fresh fish and food. More importantly service we get from here is like HEAVEN. Every one is wearing true big smiles in their face and caring every little parts aa well.

I enjoyed this experience so much. Cute establishment in a familial setting. When we arrived, the place was fully booked, which gives you an idea of its popularity, but the hostess managed to fix us a table, for which we are very thankful.

Open kitchen, the food came out quite soon after we ordered. Everything is home made. Everything is fresh (you can taste it). Delicious seafood, I highly recommend this place! For this quality of food the prices are really good.

Local Jewel. Great seafood and superb service. Varied wine list. Be sure to make a reservation, if possible. Small place but they do their best to fit you in. Our third visit here, and we look forward to another. The staff are skilful and very pleasant.
