The name says it all! Wow!!! For Wow Crab Rotterdam. The big seafood platter is such a generous serving! A must-try! We also enjoyed all their starters, fried squid, chicken poppers, and fries. Make sure you order rice as everything is so tasty. Staff are attentive, very friendly, and respectful. 💯% recommended for the whole family.

It was a wonderful experience all around. The staff was super friendly, the food was great and the flavors were on point. There was no over bearing smells of fish as you would usually expect in a joint like this stateside. The place was also immaculate. Highly recommended!

We had a great dinner here! Make sure to order one of their combo meals. Get ready with a paper apron, gloves and dig in!

Food was delicious, music was very GOOD! Not a single song disappointed! And the staff was also very friendly. The man in the black suit ( I’m guessing the manager) was very helpful and friendly, he payed lots of attention on his tables. Their home made ice tea was refreshing, very fun to eat a bit messy and just overall atmosphere 10/10:) bit pricey but worth it if you go with good company.

Been to the wow crab in Amsterdam and visited this one now. The food is nice and consistent between the chains. The service in this wowcrab was very nice and polite and made sure we were happy with the orders.

Meermaals gegeten en de liefde gevierd met live DJ tijd Valentijn. De saus de vis de sneeuwcrab alles is heerlijk!

Cajun seafood boils have been around for longer than you probably thought…and invented in the 18th century! Afterwards it has gone through an evolution after being exposed to different cultures.

Cajun cuisine originated from the French, where settlers have brought and developed this unique cuisine to North America during the 18th century. Here in Canada and the US, cajun boils were eaten Western style: with seafood alongside sausages, potato and corn.

During the French colonisation in Asia, a new French-Asian style was developed. This type of seafood boil was made with fish sauce, lemon grass, ginger together with the traditional Cajun ingredients: old bay, garlic butter and Creole seasoning. Typically this dsh was eaten on top of a bowl of white rice in Asia.

When a stream of Asian migrants came to the US in the seventies, they also brought the new French-Asian fusion back to North America. Both types of Western and Eastern cajun styles fused again into the version as we know today: the French cajun with an Asian twist, consumed alongside corn, sausage and potatoes.

To date, Americans have been eating these popular cajun seafood boils across the country, typically along the coast of California with a view of the beach and sunset.

Fun concept!!!
Service is quick and attentive. We were at the entrance and through the exit in 1 h and 2 minutes. We really did not rush.

Expensive but delicious home made ice tea (500 ML for €9,80). It is more than just a syrup with sparkling water, they add quite a few tasty elements.

Lobster was good!!!
North Sea crab - I would recommend skipping 10% of it was edible.
Clams were fun.

Cajun sauce was a nice level of spicy, did get a runny nose atone point, but since everything was dirty (hands, gloves, napkins) it was a real massacre.

Real fun concept, great place for a romantic date or to come as a group.

It was wonderful experience to see the waiter “throw” such a huge bunch of seafood directly on the table!
Taste is good. One pity is that the lobster shell was not cracked before cooking, so the sauce could not get in.
Otherwise I love this restaurant.
Come by for a lunch. It is quieter and less crowded.

Great place and delicious food! Nice atmosphere and also live performing artist appearance. My daughter also received a nice complementary dessert for her birthday. Just the main waiter appeared a bit stressed (at welcome and settling the bill). But excellent place if you love fresh seafood!

After reading the mixed review, I was quite worried about the quality of the food. Luckily, on the day that we went, the food was good, the seafood was boiled properly and the Cajun sauce was very nice.

this by far the best crab and lobster fast food type of restaurant in the Netherlands.... try the big ones like lobsters and crabs because the small ones on the menu are not easy to eat and not a very good value for money proposal

Awesome seafood restaurant where you pick your choice of three pieces of seafood (lobster, crab, shrimps, clams, etc.), which gets cooked with corn, potatoes and sausage slices in a sauce of your choice. It then gets delivered in a bucket and unceremoniously spread on the table. Eat with your hands, it's all delicious. Don't be afraid of getting messy! Quiet during lunch hours.

Tasty food. We got the 2 combo with cajun seasoning. Shrimps are very tasty and no fishy flavour. But I don't recommend the surimi balls..

I loved the wow-style sauce with the seafood boil! It was very flavorful and delicious! We had the Combo 2 menu, the lobster and crawfish were so good. But the north sea crab was sadly overcooked and a bit dry. Overall it was a really nice experience, although very messy to eat. I would come back again!
