Travel Active

Echt een geweldige ervaring gehad bij Travel Active. Ik ben als Au Pair weggegaan en ze hebben mij goed geholpen vanaf het begin tot aan het einde. En zelfs nu nog.

Als er wat was kon ik ze altijd bereiken. Heb echt een enorm toffe ervaring daar gehad die ik mn hele leven bij mij houd. Dankzij Travel Active!! Echt enorm bedankt en ik raad ze zeker aan!

Ik ben nu al twee keer op reis geweest met Travel Active en ik ben zeker van plan om dit vaker te gaan doen. Ik kreeg voor de reizen, tijdens de reizen en na de reizen goede begeleiding. De communicatie is altijd snel en persoonlijk. Ik kan niets anders zijn dan positief.

Had a horrible experience with these guys… little to no communication, lacklustre support toward students and never contacted my parents back home. I had to end my exchange program early because of the miscommunication that goes on within the organisation. My first host family was not a good match, they couldn’t afford for me to have showers, and they had a 1 year old child, meaning little to no time to spend with my host family and they were inexperienced with teenagers. Moved in with my mate from school after choosing not to live with them anymore, organisation sent over local coordinator to make sure it was a “safe place to live”, apparently it wasn’t because I didn’t have my own bedroom when other host students shared a bedroom… then when my parents contacted head office to find out was going on about a week later, the head office had no idea I was being kicked out by my local coordinator. Then the local coordinator told the organisation it was because of my behaviour. Unbelievable. DO NOT recommend these guys at all. If I could give these guys 0 stars I would.

PS they say they’re all volunteers but they get paid €500 per student.

Geen verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel voor jongeren alleen op reis als er problemen zijn! Juist wanneer ze nodig zijn, helpen ze niet.
