What a perfect little spot to get cheese. The atmosphere is amazing. Not loud, but a nice crowd.

A lot of different cheese that give you a lot of different ways to go. From super easy to really spicy.

Prices are very fair.

Will definitely be back here again.

If you love cheese, this is the place for you! Cool flavor combinations and the conveyor belt concept is very fun. You just want to keep eating! I really recommend it if you want a unique dining experience 👏

The cheeses are super tasty, each one of them. I especially enjoyed the truffle ones because I'm a big truffle fan. We also tried the blue cheeses and they were great too! The centre of attraction was the cheese train for sure, just the experience is amazing. The staff is super friendly and take really good care of you. Highly recommend - enjoy a glass of wine and exceptional local cheeses :)

Not a big cheese guy, but still enjoyed it.

Knowledgeable staff, quick service. If you are even remotely partial to wine and cheese, this is for you.

What an incredible place! It is honestly cheese heaven! The cheese never ends... it just keeps going round and round... then more cheeses join in the fun on the conveyor belt!
The pairing on each plate are out of this world!
It isn't cheap but it is worth every sing penny as the experience is phenomenonal and the staff and great!

Had an amazing time at Kaasbar! The food was absolutely delicious, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was perfect. I was in Amsterdam for 4 days visiting from New York and came to dine here twice! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fantastic meal!

Being in the Netherlands with cheese being the specialty we stumbled on a place which is true to cheese (kaas) , the restaurant is nice and intimate providing many cheese based options as well as a large selection of wines.

We tried fondue which was really tasty, a lot of options to dip with.

All in all a really nice experience.

We loved the Kaasbar experience, and found it even better than the similar option in London. The cheese portions are generous and the pairing condiments are fun & incentive. The wine selection is very well suited for the cheese, as well.

The service could use a little help. We were sat down without cutlery, menus or napkins. I guess you can get complimentary crackers, too, but we were never offered or provided any.

Still, overall a delightful experience. The string cheese smell hits you as soon as you walk in. Make a reservation easily online to get a seat at the carousel bar.

Very cool concept! We had a group of 4 and ended up trying 8 total cheeses, which was enough for a full meal for all of us. Such unique flavors and so many to choose from! Next time, we might just order one of the pre-curated platters and try the fondu as well. The service was pretty slow, which was surprising since there isn’t any cooking to do, but definitely worth the wait! Will be back.

What an amazing experience, we were looking for a grilled cheese sandwich, saw a sign that said cheese and encountered this majestic place! No, they don’t sell sandwiches but the have a much better experience by far, we paired with a very nice Pinot Noir and got a chance he to live a cheese delight. A must go to when in Amsterdam!

I've never seen a restaurant that only served cheese before. The staff were very knowledgeable, and the cheese was delicious. I loved the conveyor belt with all the cheese selections going past, with glass domes over every plate it added to the elegance of the bar.

Highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table. They are have a nice wine list and recommendations to pair with each cheese.

Today I died and gone to heaven.

Been dreaming of this day for months and all my expectations were met. I was alone but managed to pile away 3 of the most delectable cheese plates imaginable, number 9, 15, and 17 along with 2 wines which I let the house choose. Finished it off with a blue cheese ice cream. The staff and everything was absolutely perfect.

It's not far from the museum campus in a quiet neighborhood. I took the 24 back to Central Station so convenient too.

Another hidden gem off the tourist areas worth taking the time to enjoy. Bring cash, I'm from the states and they were rejecting my card. That happens here and there, fortunately I had $50 on me to cover it.

Nice experience for a Cheese Bar! And the service was amazing with excellent recommendations as we didn't know what order. Of course only cheese for food but you won't need anything more.

Fun experience during our vacation. The hour time slot for the cheese train was the perfect amount of time.

We had an excellent experience with Kaasbar Amsterdam. Having the cheeses come around on a conveyor belt is a unique touch. Expect to spend more than €30 per person. I would recommend ordering 2 cheeses for each person (we had 5 with two and it was too much, but we also ordered sausage twice in total).

Came here for friend’s birthday with girls, really good place to come for a date too if you love cheese. You can choose the cheeses in your plate, personally i did not order smelly ones for example. Wine is also great, will come here again!

Like running sushi but with cheeses. Truly innovative concept, the cheeses were all locally sourced and tasty(especially the komijn cheese). Great wine pairing options.

Overall 5 stars because we chose to sit on the bar to chose the various cheese options. Service 5 stars because we were served well and considered for extra 45mins though we had to leave earlier. Food 4 stars because veggies options were less and we did not order much except nibbles and sides to blend well with the variety of cheese. If you love cheese, this is the place to be. Atmoshepre is amazing and you a challenge for all visiting, Do not Open you mobile phone camera, or any other camera to take photos and videos! Trust me, you will love the every bit of it!
