I took all of the inburgering exams here. The organisation was perfect. Professional staff when it come to A2 level inburgering exams

All went well, the employees are very helpful and kind. They only speak Dutch, which is natural and expected (and even in some cases they were witching onto English if a person was confused). Positive experience no huge lines and anything like that.

I waited on hold about 8 minutes on a Monday 2pm. The person on the other line was very thorough in answering all my questions regarding the financial aid the government can provide. Lots of work but with the help of a great employee to answer the questions, it is worth it.

Be ready with your clear questions, paperwork, and with pen and paper to write down answers.

Despite many unhappy reviews here (maybe only people who feel treated unfairly actually give reviews) I was helped out quite well on every visit. Short waiting times, flexible booking and cancelling of appointments and patient employees. As an expat, I also appreciated that during my first visit I was walked through the whole 5 page application form because it was in dutch with him translating and explaining everything to me. Maybe my experiences do not apply to the issues of others here but to be fair I received great service.

Very well set up government office. Appointments are easy to make and you never have to wait in line if you come at the allotted time. Capable and helpful staff.

Great service, everytime I have been here. The employees are friendly and explain everything. Plus (protip) , depositing the paperwork from here results in faster processing than uploading them!

Heel erg prettig en kundig geholpen vandaag. Uitgebreide en duidelijke uitleg gekregen over mijn situatie, super verhelderend.

Het was 25 minuten wachten, maar dat was het zeker waard. Ik ben fantastisch geholpen door Jeroen. Hij bleef door zoeken tot hij het probleem had gevonden (had het helemaal zelf veroorzaakt natuurlijk haha). Helaas viel het contact weg tegen het einde. Waarschijnlijk omdat het 17:00 was geweest (einde werkdag).

Prima en vriendelijk geholpen, 1 minuut in de wacht gestaan. Het is nu wel half tien :-D
