Jelrick has made the experience of finding an apartment in Amsterdam as stress-free as possible. He responds promptly to my inquiries and requests, always in a friendly and courteous manner. The process of viewing the apartment and signing my rental contract was very straightforward, and I'm very happy with the apartment!

Considering the fact that finding an apartment in Amsterdam is portrayed as near impossible, my experience with HouseHunting proved otherwise.

From the beginning till the very end, the process was smooth & really stress free. All it took, was a viewing. I strongly recommend all the new expats to visit and have a look. Great variety of options available, which again was surprising. Felt too good to be true. Regardless me and my friend got the place & we could not have been more happier.

I believe we got lucky with the agent assigned to us, he really went out of his way to make sure we feel secure about the deal. The right level of professionalism and just basic human decency.

Rick de Jong did amazing job during check-in and also helped to register at the property. He's always there and his team to help tenants!

Mijn vriendin en ik waren al een hele tijd op zoek naar een appartement in Amsterdam/omstreken en dit was bijna onmogelijk. Uiteindelijk zijn we bij Jelrick Huisman van House Hunting Amsterdam terecht gekomen en grotendeels dankzij het werk van Jelrick hebben wij het gewilde appartement gekregen!

Bij deze raad ik aan om voor woningen met House Hunting en met name Jelrick Huisman in zee te gaan, vanwege de goeie bereikbaarheid/inzettingsvermogen en professionaliteit van deze makelaar!

Jelrick heeft zorg gedragen voor het vinden van nieuwe huurders. Hij stelde zich altijd professioneel op en beantwoorde snel verschillende vragen. Ook werkte hij zeer overzichtelijk en bracht me snel op de hoogte van de verschillende updates. Een aanrader!

Hele goede ervaring met Jelrick van Househunting gehad. Contact verliep soepel en alles was heel snel geregeld.

Super geregeld door Jelrick, op donderdag gereageerd op een woning en op maandag de sleutel gekregen!

Rick De Jong is a really dishonest and irresponsible agent.

A studio was rented in Amsterdam at first the landlord was very friendly but after ownership was transferred to Rick De Jong from HouseHunting the experience was terrible.

There was a hole behind the fridge which caused mice to get into the apartment causing people to get ill, the mice could be heard running through the walls and roof of the apartment in the middle of the night. When we talked to Rick De Jong he started to deny responsibility in anyway and blaming the tenants. He said that he would deduct money from the deposit and that any problems of pest are tenants responsibility. He returned a partial amount of the deposit without even saying anything and without solving any problems, real pathetic character.

He also shows up with potential tenants to the house without announcement and takes these potential tenants into the house with shoes on walking around, something which is illegal in the Netherlands.

Very dishonest advertising, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Available property was listed as "available immediately" and "semi-furnished". When at the viewing (the property was in a shocking state due to ongoing renovations) the agent informed that the property in reality will be available in 2/3 weeks and that the current tenant will bring the floor with him.

They steal your deposit money! They charge double the rent for deposit which is a sign of corrupt business! Do not do business with this organization! UNPROFESSIONAL AND THIEFS!! Rick de Jong is a thief and fraud and I have created a file via my company to prosecute him!!

Worser company in the Netherlands, they just collect the money and don't fix absolutely nothing. When I came into the house, the previous residents were leaving and i was coming in, nobody check the house,nobody was there and I signed the contract 2 days after.

Scammers. Same experience as couple other people. Paid 30 euro, went for a viewing and then never got a response.

Scammers, they charge 30 euros to just go to an open house and then never respond to calls or emails. Parasites.

Fake!!! Stealing time and money !!!!!!

Schrijf je niet in bij HouseHunting.
Heel brutaal bedrijf. In mei had ik interesse in een appartement wat ze te huur hadden in Amsterdam. Ik vond de 6 euro per maand voor 6 maanden raar, maar het appartement was zo tof dat ik de 36 het waard vond (sidenote: appartement was een bouwval).

Jammer genoeg is de automatische incasso doorgelopen terwijl ik online heb aangegeven dat ik de 6 maanden niet automatisch verlengt wilde hebben. Via mijn bank heb ik de laatste 2 betalingen terug kunnen krijgen, maar krijg van HouseHunting telkens emails dat ik de 2 betalingen nog moet doen.

HouseHunting, graag hoor ik terug van jullie, aangezien ik geen wederhoor krijg via emails en ik online niet kan inloggen. En haal mij alsjeblieft van je automatische incasso af..

Stilzwijgende verlenging van account terwijl er meerdere emails zijn uitgegaan van opzegging services. Geen enkele reactie op emails.
