As first-time home sellers, we enjoyed working with Nieuw Amsterdams Huys. Willem, our broker, was fantastic! We recommend him to anyone who plan to buy/sell a property. He gave us clear guidance at every step, making the whole process super smooth. He was easy to communicate with, explained how things worked with clear deadlines, and was always there for us when we needed him. Great experience!

I worked with Bas to buy an apartment. I wanted to get this done as soon as possible, and Bas helped me achieve this. He accompanied me in visiting several apartments that I asked to see just within two days, and also helped getting through all the steps (notary, technical inspection, appraiser) smoothly. He was also honest and helpful with the bidding process (which is probably the trickiest). The one thing that could be improved: the communications for setting up appointments were not always efficient (a couple of times I had to move things around in my schedule, and I would have preferred for my availability to be taken into account before setting the appointment). But I understand that setting these appointments is difficult, and this was not a problem for very important appointments or if I had a hard constraint.

They took care of everything, where at every viewing and managed to show me exactly what to bid, to get an apartment quickly, while not blindly throwing cash out of the window. They are not the cheapest, but in my opinion well worth it.
