Just wow...

First, I tried the sandwich with beef -- absolutely perfect, seasoning was bang on, sauce was amazing, one of the most delicious things I've EVER eaten.

Then, I got the sandwich with shrimp and beans, also very nice although the beef one blew my mind... nice sweet and sour sauce, nice level of spicyness, all around a good sandwich.

Lastly, I tried the Nasi Goreng with Satay skewers. Wowww... the skewers were amazing, the rice was too, the ratio of beans to rice to meat was great. Portion was HUGE too! Seasoning was perfect as well, only warning is it's quite a salty dish so make sure you have enough water ;)

To sum it up, Seth's takeout was one of my favorite places to eat at during my vacation here in Amsterdam, and I've already recommended the place :)

Absolutely delicious surinamese food! They have both sandwiches, fried snacks, roti wraps and full dishes for both lunch and dinner. Good for takeaway or eating there. The food preparation took like 10-15 mins for a full dish but you can call it to get it made for a specific time. They also have saoto soup. I really enjoyed it and will visit again!

I'd never even heard of Suriname before arriving in Amsterdam. I'm so glad I did. Absolutely delicious cuisine - a mix of many other cultures. Seth Take-out is a great spot to try the many unique flavours.

It is an amazing Surinamese restaurant with very reasonable prices. The staff was very helpful and smiling. I tried cassava roots with salted fish. It was definitely one of the most delicious foods I have ever eaten. Everybody should try!

When I told them it was my first time eating the food they were genuinely excited to show me their food, and gave me some samples to try different foods! Can’t wait to come back in the future!

a favorite eating place in Amsterdam! very friendly owner who accommodated requests to change items on a dish. the wait time could be long though during lunch time, so be prepared.

I went in blindly, not knowing much about Surinamese food. The lady explained to me the menu and I was not disappointed with Njang Patu Moksi-Alesi. The food was absolutely delicious with flavours that complimented each other. It is a small place with 3 tables inside and 2 outside. It was fully packed when I went and had to sit outside on a cold day. Definitely coming back for more.

Good tasting food for a very reasonable price in a nice area next to the canal.

Had the Bamee Goreng with chicken. The chicken was well cooked and soft and juicy. The sauce adds a nice sweet and spicy flavour.

Amazing place. The taste of the food is super special. Also a lot of vegetarian/ vegan options! Highly recommend.

I was desperately looking for Surinaamse food in the centre of Amsterdam and this blessing pops up 🤩! Really recommend it to give it a try, the food is fresh, tasty and great in value! The staff is also friendly and attentive.

We were looking for a place to eat something fast and nice, then we found this cozy and beautiful restaurant with just a few seats but with an amazing selection of traditional dishes.
It was the first we ate surinames food and it was really satisfying and delicious.
The staff is really kind and polite.
