Got a great new limited edition Amsterdam charm from here. Staff were very friendly. Quite a small store, visited mid week so not busy. DEC 22

I took this charms back today as it must have had a surface fault on it. It was so badly worn. The managers were very helpful in changing it for me. I had a credit card receipt rather than the original shop receipt, but they were courteous and listened to me as a customer. I'm very grateful for their help. Oct 23

Visited looking for some Amsterdam and Netherlands exclusive charms to add to my travel bracelet. Received excellent service in the store - I was served quickly and was shown exactly what I was looking for. I bought a windmill charm, and a heart charm with a picture of tulips on one side and Netherlands written on the other. One of the best experiences I've had in any Pandora store in Europe.

Just bought a present for my mom as a Christmas gift ! Store was a bit busy but one of the staff with the name Flora assist me to find out what I was looking. Very kind staff ,small store but cute ✨ fast at the register! Great

We were there today. A cute little store. The sales girls are so so nice and Naomi is a real sales talent and such a personable employee. Thanks for all the tips for our vacation. We are so happy with the jewelry, just beautiful!

I went there to buy a charm for my Pandora bracelet to remind me of the Netherlands. The sales lady was very helpful and calm she didn't annoy me.

Helpful staff tried to unstuck my charm. One of them kindly attended us in Spanish which is quite nice. Expensive, as always Pandora

Super nice staff and really good service, my ring broke when i went shopping in Amsterdam, and didn't bring my receipt but after telling them my story they gave me a new ring without any hesitation!! Really happy with the service and to the blond girl with the orange kingsday bow, thanks again!
