Amazing and special experience for us getting our wedding rings here. Boris Lyppens helped us and made our visits an unforgettable memory. But also the security guy outside makes you feel so welcome. The staff takes the time to help you and explain everything. It feels like traveling back in time because of the beautiful old building and vibes inside. Highly recommended if you want to find a special piece of jewerly for yourself.

We had the most wonderful experience with Marjolein (though all staff seemed fantastic). Marjolein was kind, patient, she listened to what I wanted but also pivoted based on what I ended up being drawn to. So impressed. Lyppens is a beautiful store. I bought an engagement ring there, and I was helped by Floor. She was very professional and patient. I came back two times before I purchased the perfect ring, and I got offered coffee and tea on each of my visits. It’s the little things that make you open up your wallet with a smile.

Incredibly competent, knowledgeable, and engaging staff. Not only were we able to find the charm my wife wanted in one visit, they were able to add it to her charm bracelet right there in the shop. Very impressed.

What a fantastic store had a repair done today and i could pick it up the same day.
The super friendly staff helped me great as usual.

The team at Lyppens are wonderful. We visited at the end of last year for my engagement ring. From the start Manja, Thomas and Peter were supportive, extremely communicative, transparent and patient with us as we decided on each aspect of the ring from the stone to setting. They were so accommodating with us especially as I wanted it to be perfect. And then the atelier team created something really gorgeous! I love my engagement ring from Lyppens! I highly recommend Lyppens for their customer service and craftsmanship.

I got a ring from Lyppens as a gift last year but did not really like the style. I reached out to them and they presented me with options to eather buy the ring back or remake it to a style I would like. Rick/Rik really took his time to discuss the options and provided such a great service. And also fair prices. :) I'm very happy with the end result!

We were looking for earrings with colored stones, maybe ruby or emerald. You ask and they sit you at a table and bring over trays to look at. Both new and vintage items. Beautiful things. Store not made for browsing as most all items in trays put away.
They also had silver ware and silver serving pieces.
We were very happy with our experience and their selection/service.

Coming from Switzerland we decided to check out the prices in Amsterdam looking for a local designer shop. We were consulted by the Manager of the store Ricky. The deep knowledge and spectacular customer service was impeccable. Leaving with new personally designed rings, I can definitely say that this has made my experience in Amsterdam to an unforgettable one.

Very good service especially given the covid-19 restrictions they still operate very service oriented. They listen very well to their customers wishes and don't push a certain item. Even of the budget is higher they look for the best juwelery for the customer based on looks and personal preferences.

Very trustful jewellery ! I went there to sell a gold ring. They checked first the quality of the gold, after few minutes I got the good surprise : they told me it was the highest gold quality, and they could give me a very fair price. I totally recommend this honest jewellery ! (And I will of course go back by myself)
