I've shopped French Connection for years back in New York where I am from, so I was so happy to see there was a shop right here in my Amsterdam neighborhood! The staff here are always friendly and helpful. They also make fantastic recommendations - items that I wouldn't have even noticed or considered but I end up buying and loving! This is my local go-to.

Very nice clothes but the staff unfriendly, not even an hello if you go in! I've been their 2 time, and 2 times the same! Pity!

Helaas ben ik niet te spreken over de kwaliteit van FC. Een horloge gekocht via internet en na nog geen week liet het ‘leer’ al los van de horlogeband. Zie foto. Contact gehad met klantendienst maar die konden niks betekenen.
