The Antique Ring Shop

My partner and I found the store online at first when we started looking for our rings, and were even more happy when we visited the shop in person. Joe and his member of staff were so welcoming on our first visit - they showed us all their antique rings and gave us time and space to try things and decide what we liked most. We found two gold rings that we loved and for us were all the more special for their age and stories. My ring was adjusted at a very good price and the personal service at every one of our visits made the experience of buying our rings very special indeed. Cheers Joe!

Great service and nice selection of antique and vintage jewelry

Spent years walking past the beautiful selection of jewels in the window dreaming of one day being an owner of such a piece.
When my boyfriend proposed to me, Joe's store was at the top of our list to visit for rings. And it was the best choice we could've made!
Excellent service, advice and price quality for exquisite rings! Highly recommend this store, not only for the selection of jewellery but customer service above and beyond.

Such a great little store! My boyfriend and I have been looking at rings and really want to get something second-hand or vintage/antique. We spent an hour and a half traveling to get here, and it was so worth it! The shop owner is super kind and friendly, there's a much bigger selection than anything we've found in other stores, and the prices are very reasonable. Hopefully my boyfriend will be in touch with him again soon 😉

Really nice shop with absolutely great service. We bought new ring and it lost a diamond (it’s a 100 years old so that could happen) , immediately he told us to come over and fix it. The costs were € 450,- which he took for his account…! The service was to good and rings to perfect so i wanted to pitch in. AFTER he offered us to choose another one of a higher price ..

Will 100 % go back.

This shop is a great little gem in the centre of Amsterdam. Highly recommended! Joe is very friendly and has a broad collection of vintage and antique jewellery. All unique pieces. I've bought three rings here over the past few years and the service is impeccable. Thank you Joe, I'll definately return to your shop!

Wonderful shop, very friendly owner and staff. My wife had noticed a pretty 22kt ring on web site and emailed over several months ahead of our arrival in Amsterdam.

We arranged to see it and several others; the staff was exceptionally helpful and patient. The shop is tiny -but everything is viewable online. My wife is also in wheelchair-but they were very helpful while we negotiated the step.

She found her ring, they had it sized in a day or two and she LOVES the ring!

They even recommended another shop to sell some older gold pieces she did not wear anymore. This referral saved us hundreds of euro over the price they offered. This was the reason for referral-they knew the other store would pay more to scrap the gold.

If you are visiting Amsterdam and have a thing for unique jewellery, please visit The Antique Ring Shop. It is well worth the visit! The many pieces are absolutely gorgeous, I bet you'll always find something you love. But most of all Joe and Maaike are very kind and welcoming.

I've had the best experience and left not only with the biggest smile on my face but also with amazing earrings for a special occasion.

The shop might be a 3 hour drive (one way) for me but I'm sure I'll be visiting for more special occasions in the future. Thank you!

Sandra was lovely since the very moment we entered the shop. We spent a long time trying different rings and deciding which one to keep. At the end she gave us a great price, but even so we couldn't afford the whole amount,so she gave us the option to reserve it with a small amount and keep paying monthly. 2 months latter we paid the whole ring, and they posted the ring to London where we actually live, right on time for our civil ceremony , not only that , they also sent along with the ring a beautiful and very touching wedding card to congratulate us in our special day, the whole experience with Sandra and her husband was a blessing!!!! We will definitely visit them in our next visit to Amsterdam !!

Lovely shop with a wonderful selection. Not only has Joe(the owner) got great taste, he is also an extremely kind and helpful person. Recently I bought a necklace for my wife. The chain was a bit to long and needed shortning so Joe sent it to a goldsmith for the adjustment. The goldsmith informed us that the chain was so worn that it needed to be replaced. It took Joe quite some effort to find a suitable replacement. He did all this At no charge to me for either the goldsmith work and the replacement. Where today can you still find service like that!! Thanks Joe, keep up the good work.

An amazing experience! The owner was so knowledgeable, helpful and patient, and was willing to work with our budget. Such a beautiful and interesting collection of vintage and antique rings. They were able to resize the ring we bought in one day, which was very helpful as we were travelling. Thank you!

Charming antique jewellers with great service and a beautiful selection of rings. Joe and Sandra own this shop located on a charming typical Amsterdam street and treat each customer that comes in like they're old friends. Sandra helped me and my fiancé choose a beautiful engagement ring and Joe helped resizing it for my freakishly thin fingers. I'm very grateful I stumbled upon their shop!

I bought amazing rings here twice. They have a unique collection. All garments are of a very good taste. Owner has a great eye for detail. Is highly recommended.

The shopkeepers live right upstairs, and they'll share with you their appreciation of the jewelry they have collected and want others to enjoy.
