MADE.COM Showroom – Amsterdam

I am reading comments about late delivery and poor experience...and I am very surprised as my experience was totally different. I received the coach 2-3 weeks after ordering it, which was perfect. The post NL delivery service was fine, they delivered at my door after climbing very steep stairs and reaching the second floor (trust me, only pro could do that...) I never saw anywhere in the website that they would assemble anything (i am referring to another comment i red here) and didn't expect anything, and they didn't do it of course. I did it myself. They brought the coach wherever I told them to, which was very nice. My coach is just perfect in terms of design / colour / quality / price. I know google comments stay forever, and thats why I am testifying about my own experience being so good (we usually comment about bad experiences but rarely about good ones...): if they had poor customer service in the past,it seems to be a problem solved...at least from my experience...

I had an excellent experience with Made, though I see others did not. I ordered a couch marked as an express delivery item and it arrived within 4 days. The quality is excellent, it looks exactly like the pictures, the fabric is nice. Really couldn't be more happy with it. I would definitely order from Made again (though only express delivery items based on the other reviews I am seeing here).

They have nicer designs than many shops with reasonable prices. I was looking for an arm chair and they were much better than IKEA in quality and design. Only a lil bit more expensive than IKEA. Totally worth it. Very warm and welcoming staff.

Amazing client service in the Amsterdam showroom (Isabelle), very nice, answered patiently all my questions and proactively found a solution when the item I wanted was not on the list. A rare occurence!

Great and affordable furniture and deco pieces. Furnishing our whole apartment with MADE. If you order from a showroom you also get a 50 euro discount and the staff is incredible and very helpful!
