Nice small shop in the centre of Amsterdam passion in the products and extremely excellent service!

Ik heb hier hele mooie armbandjes gekocht. Ontzettend lieve en vriendelijke vrouw die hier werkt. Hele prettige sfeer in de zaak!

Prachtige producten, eigenares is zeer goede stylist.

Hele prettige zaak met mooie smaakvolle items die nèt een beetje mooier en aparter zijn dan je gewoonlijk in interieur zaken ziet!

Leuke bordjes gekocht. Leuke winkel, leuke spullen en vriendelijke mevrouw / eigenaresse (?).

De etalage trok me naar binnen. Alles bij elkaar maakt dat je naar binnen wilt om alles te kopen. Eenmaal binnen vond ik de producten afzonderlijk eigenlijk niet meer zo interessant. Ik was met 1,5 minuut weer buiten. Dure spullen/gadgets.

This is the second time I’ve been there. They are so incredibly rude in this store. I asked about a bottle and what it was and she started to laugh at me and said “well what do you think it is”… It was a perfume that could look like a room/body spray but I cannot believe you would be rude enough to treat their customers this way. Never again. Do not recommend this store. The quality is also VERY POOR!

I had one of the worse experiences in this store with the half African shop assistant who treated me aggressively and condescendingly told me I cannot take pictures of a book I wanted to purchase for my son! When I looked at her in astonishment of the way she was speaking at me she continued to tell me the same thing as if I’m some sort of idiot tourist or if I did not understand . I walked over to her to tell her she should not speak to potential costumers in that insulting way . One thing is to inform of store rules and another is the way you convey the rules ! She then reacted that she will do what she wants and that I cannot talk to her in that way! What!? Am I taking crazy pills ? She was offensive in her way ! I proceed to let her know she cannot disrespect me and she began to say hi on her pit of the store !! What?! When I said excuse me she said “ you heard me shu! Shu! Get out ! “ waving her hands to throw me out ! I told her I was insulted by her I wanted to buy the book but told her I didn’t want it anymore and put it on the desk! Making a statement and to stop treating me like I’m some animal with “shu” I’m a decent woman staying at a very nice hotel ! Not that anyone deserves this treatment ! This woman should be reported to the authorities whether she just works there or is the owner . I don’t care ! No one has the right to treat anyone offensively out of the blue . It felt like she was letting out her own demons on me ! What a horrible experience she made a huge deal out of nothing with her straight out rudeness and hate . I will continue to put my complaint . I live in The Netherlands for 3 years and never encountered trouble . I have come across arrogant business owners and costumer service is below average but this is ludicrous! She ruined 2 hrs of my Saturday . Her sarcastic smirk, hateful looks and body language was truly damaging . When I told her I’d report her she laughed at me ! We shall see! I real bully should not be allowed to be in costumer service . Good riddance envious lady!
