What a lovely and delightful store just a 5-minute walk from Dam (square). But it's more than that: it's spiritual too! Very friendly owners who are happy to help you with your queries. Highly recommended!

The decoration makes you feel very good. You are teleported to another place. The brands chosen are very good. Don't skip visiting the upper floor.

Located on the first floor above Chimera Fantasy Giftshop on Damstraat, just a few steps from Dam Square, Asian Spirit is a delightful gift shop specialising in oriental clothing and gift items.

There is a nice selection of fountains ranging from small tabletop versions to large elaborate waterfalls designed for wall attachment.

Here you'll find many spiritual items, including an abundance of Buddhas and incense sticks and burners. There's an assortment of solar powered and battery operated lucky cats with constantly moving paws, as well as jewellery, gemstones and minerals.

The clothing area has double dressing rooms and a variety of intricately designed kimonos and fashion garments, plus a small amount of footwear.

The ceramics section mostly consists of dining ware and accompanying chopsticks in various colours.

For the gaming enthusiast, there's everything from backgammon sets to mahjong.

Most of the items originate from China, Japan and Thailand, with dozens of smaller size objects, ideal for giving as gifts.

Located on the first floor, above the fantasy shop, there is the Asian Spirt shop. I bought some present for my friends birthday here. You can find crystals, traditional Asian clothing, figurines, porcelein and other stuff! Relative cheap prices! I bought the purple flower which was €17,99 and a necklace which was €4,99. Very lovely shop!

I love this whimsical shop. It has everything fairies, mythical, legendary, and magical on the ground floor. The top floor is more Asian inspired with a very sort of beautiful gift. Unfortunately no photography allowed! Worth a visit

Some incredible SteamPunk inspired clothing on sale as well as a choice of East Asian clothing and small figurines. Very eclectic and whimsical. Had a Camden Market vibe but more business minded.

It is a very original and beautiful store, if you have to buy a gift for someone it is the right store, it has everything for anyone

It's such a beautiful store, with incredible fantasy displays and such pretty merchandise. Even if you're not intending to buy something it's still an incredible store to visit. If you are intending to buy something you certainly will be happy with the pricing because its not that expensive.

A gem. Don't miss it, as it's quite concealed on the first floor of another great shop, Chimera. I have been a faithful custommer for almost 40 years now. I always manage to find something astonishing to wear in the women's wear section, and unique items for gifts.

This place should nearly be on your "to-do" list when in Amsterdam because it's an art form all of its own. Beautifully crafted items, beautifully crafted features and friendly staff. This place is less of a store and more of an experience and I would highly recommend dropping in!

Asian spirit is on the first floor. On ground floor it is called Chimera I believe. I love the displays on the ground floor. Lots of elves, trolls, stones, jewelry, statuettes, busts and knives. There is a big tree in the middle of the store. They sell gotic and pixie style clothing. The first floor also sells stones, but everything else is more asian. There's buddhas, tiny boxes, some jewelry and lots more.

They have unique things, they were nice. The prices are kind of high but I guess because they have very unique things and because it's Netherlands, it felt that everything was more expensive there.

Cool stuff for buying, witches, dragons, clothing. Must see.

The best choice to buy a good souvenir or gift for someone. You might discover things that you were looking for a long time.
