Presto Cycle Sport

This post is long overdue, but I couldnt be any happier with my experience with Presto Cycle Sports. I've gone to bike shops all over Europe and Presto had, without a doubt, the best customer service. Not to mention fair prices and a wide selection of bicycles and gear to choose from. I was in a rush to get my bike in a bicycle bag on a day where they were closed and they opened the store just for me and even helped me disassemble my bike and put it in the bag, free of charge! After that, the store owner even offered to give me a lift to the bus station. These are the kind of people that understand the importance of good customer service, if you're choosing between shops and you're reading this review...just go to Presto, trust me

Ordered a vintage Amsterdam shirt, gripgrab gloves & waterproofs and couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Communication and service were 5* and delivery was super quick and free. Would definitely recommend Presto. I’ll be back soon to order some Christmas presents 🙂

My wife and I called into the store not for a cycle related purchase but because we had locked our keys in our hand luggage on the way to the airport and hoping they may be able to cut off the suitcase locks! An unusual request but they obliged immediately and it was fixed within seconds. No doubt they treat their cycle customers in the same way, so you need to get down here for great service. Brilliant service. Went there to see if they had a bike I wanted. It was located in another shop, they got it shipped to them the next day. Got shoes, shorts, and other accessories I needed. Plus the bike was packed in a box for me for transportation. Highly recommended!

I thought their service was spectacular. Totally helpful and thoughtful. They hooked me up with one of their distributors to make a special delivery of something, and installed on my bike equipment I'd bought elsewhere. For free.

Awesome service, friendly helpful people, know what they're doing. Maybe not the place to go for city bikes? But fantastic for repairs/service on road bikes. Nice to find a place that's happy to service Campagnolo.

Ik begrijp de negatieve reviews niet helemaal.
Sterker nog, ik schrijf nooit een review. Maar voor deze mensen wel.
Ik woon in de nieuwmarkt buurt en ik mag me sinds 8 weken wielrenner noemen. Ik heb mijn achterwiel 1 keer lek gereden en afgelopen week brak een stuk van de aanhechting vd spaken bij de as af. Beide keren kon ik nog dezelfde dag mijn fiets gerepareerd en wel ophalen.

Bij het lek rijden zat er een slag in mijn wiel; bandplakken + slag eruit halen €27,50....Als je dat duur vindt? Om de hoek is een tramhalte!

Verder keurig geholpen en de monteur verstaat gewoon zijn vak!!!
Je hoeft niet met die mensen op vakantie!!

Geweldig geholpen bij het afstellen van mijn versnellingen. En lekkere koffie tijdens het wachten. Ook mijn setje kleding is top. Erg goede zeem in de coolant en vooral het shirt lange mouw zit heerlijk.
Fijne winkel met topspullen , een aanrader!

In het voorjaar heb ik een nieuwe fiets gekocht bij presto. Al aardig wat plezierige kilometers meegereden. Top fiets, goed stijf en loopt goed. Daarnaast is de service perfect, bij kleine en grotere onderhoudsdingen word je altijd vakkundig geholpen.

Klasse!! Heb vorig jaar een stevens E .triton PT 5 gekocht heerlijke vakanties mee gedaan. Vind service belangrijk bij zo’n dure fiets. Heb zijn eerste beurtje al gehad , prima service bij Presto.

Net puik geholpen. Ik was vanochtend geweest voor een korte stuurpen. Zelf alles gemonteerd, maar niet helemaal goed. Zat speling bij het balhoofd. Terwijl ik een afgeprijsd shirtje paste, keek de monteur even naar de fiets. Was zo gepiept. 'Service,' zei hij. Geweldig, shirtje past perfect, fiets in orde. Laat de lente nu maar komen! Dank.

Echt goede service, geven eerlijk advies (ook als het geen opdracht wordt) en reparaties zijn geheel volgens afspraak. Aanrader. En mooie fietsen (Stevens)

Tijdens de aanschaf van een Stevens fiets trof ik een heel vriendelijke en kundige verkoper, daarna prima service en onderhoud, ik kan Presto Cycle Sport bij iedereen aanbevelen!

Wat een geweldige service bieden ze bij Presto Cycle Sport. Ik raad iedereen aan om juist hier een fiets te kopen zodat je verzekerd bent van de juiste voorlichting en ook nazorg.
