Highly recommended!! Very nice staff!!
They fixed my bike in few hours and let me use a spare bike during those hours.

Additionally, they adjusted my breaks without asking for any extra money and they also checked everything else in the bike
was fine.

Reasonable price, nice service! I'll come here if I have to get my bike fixed again!

I was a little nervous about renting a bike but I read good reviews about this place so I went in. The gentleman who helped me was pleasant and very kind. He answered all my silly questions and made sure everything on the bike was working. I was in and out very quickly. Rates are very competitive and there is a cheap insurance option. I would highly recommend this place!

Great local bike shop, the biggest on the street. They have a good selection of second hand bikes from basic Dutch style to more expensive bikes with gears and handbrakes. They also had some reasonably priced new bicycles for sale. They also sell a lot of accessories including locks, racks, baskets/crates, bells, lights, mirrors, seats, and handlebar grips.

Recently bought a basic second hand bike from here. It was reasonably priced and had been fixed up nicely. The staff are friendly and offered a test ride before purchase, and were happy to install a frame lock for no extra charge. They also offer 2 free follow-up services after purchase, which I haven't had yet but is a nice inclusion.

They also offer repairs. I've not tried it personally but spoke to a friend who complimented their honest and upfront explanation of the choices and costs of getting the problem repaired.

Great place! Service above and behind. With every buy (2nd hand included) you get half a year warranty. They let me test many bikes before I chose the perfect one for me. After a day I came back because of a flat tire. Although it is not covered by the warranty, they changed everything for free. Super nice and helpful guys.

Awesome service, friendly, down to earth bike rental shop. We rented to bicycles for 2 days. My wife’s bicycle was too tall and we got a better suited bicycle in minutes. Highly recommended

This guy was the best. Super nice. I went to him to rent a bike for a few hours(they had tried to steal mine and broke the lock). When i came back i think he felt bad for me and i didn’t have to pay anything for the bike rental. Not saying you should expect this also but it goes to show what a nice guy this was :)

Excellent service and great prices. My pedal unexpectedly snapped off my bike and they had me back on the road within 15 minutes of it happening.

Great bike shop went here last Saturday they really took the time to help you out. I had a flat tire and they fixed it within a half an hour. Really recommend this bike shop! I also highly recommend hetventieltje!

Such a great bike shop! The guys in here are so helpful. I really trust them do a great job with my repairs. I will definitely be buying my next bike with them as well.

Super kind guy helped me replace a tube even though it was closing time and he was alone to put all the bikes inside. Didnt charge for the help. If you want a loyal customer for life, that's how you do it <3

Without a doubt, the best bike repair shop in Amsterdam. This has been my local for some years now and the guys are v friendly, efficient and take great care in what they do.

Great service, we just turned up and they had a bike for us straight away and gave us a really good price as we only wanted a short ride around the park. Would highly recommend them.

Service is good all around and prices are reasonable, but most importantly, they open early and close late compared to almost every other shop - very useful when you have bike troubles when getting home from work or early in the morning.
