Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam City Center

I would to say thanks for the really good service of Ricardo from the front office. It was not my first time in this hotel. Ricardo give you always the best service. He take care really good of the customers.

The restaurant of the hotel is really good. For your information the food is halal.

Even though we arrived 2 hours before check-in time, we were in our room within 5 minutes with fast registration. Even though it was busy on Friday, it was very fast. Our room had a city view and was on the top floor. If you choose the top floor, a beautiful view awaits you. The room was very simple but extremely adequate. It was very clean. But it needs some renovation. TV channels are very inadequate. It's so tasteless. We had a rental car, they have their own parking lot, we parked our car there quickly. But the garage is a bit expensive at 60 euros per day. There is only water in the minibar. Don't forget to take your water and snacks when you go to your room. Frankly, I think it is very useful to have it this way. Hotels with full minibars not only take a deposit, but also charge exorbitant prices for the products in the minibar and confiscate your deposit with various fabrications. Very nice and big hotel in the center of the city centre. You can choose with your eyes closed.

The rooms are clean and bright. The location is as central as it can get as it’s 10 mins walking distance from most of the attractions in central Amsterdam.
The best part was the extremely helpful and cheerful staff who are always willing to help with a smile and never hesitate to go the extra mile to ensure your comfort! Special mention to Gonzalo who helped me out multiple times to make my stay comfortable.

After a minor hiccup at the start the hotel staff team really worked hard to make up for it. A credit to the leadership of their management team. We had 6 rooms booked out for my team - note the Junior Suites are far better than the Premium rooms - and the stay itself was largely uneventful. Which is how it should be. The rooms were spacious enough to work in. The communal areas were clean, quiet and thoughtfully designed. You could have small or medium size team huddle chats in the indoor garden area and the lounge seating area without the surrounds feeling intrusive. Overall a great hotel.

This hotel is a great central spot for business or pleasure, with friendly attentive staff and very clean and modern facilities. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is okay and the bar is great to have a few drinks in the evening, somewhat reasonably priced for the hotel and location. The location of the hotel is very central and you're in the middle of Amsterdam as you leave the door so excellent in this regard.

Location is prime in the centre of Amsterdam, and I can't fault it, Rooms are absolutely amazing, We arrived several hours before check-in to drop bags off, and we were treated to a free upgrade and early check in.

A lovely place to stay, very quiet inside. In the middle of town, so walking distance to many wonderful places for shopping and food. The only worry was being in the very middle and loads of Ubers would decline journeys at less convenient times (early mornings or nights). But when we were leaving to airport, the reception knew of this and offered to call us a taxi as s last resort. Ordered room service once, a little pricey but enjoyed the Dutch Fish n Chips 🍟

Best place ever to enjoy the warmth of Amsterdam. We were received by stunningly amazing Paula who took care of all our needs and questions. Sumptuous breakfast and calm cosy environment to work and relax! Totally recommend!

It is pictured overlooking a canal but it doesn't. I am not sure why this picture has been chosen because the hotel is close to a canal but down the side street which is fine but probably would not have booked it had we known. Please change the photo to.the right one on the website.

Recently, I enjoyed a delightful stay at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Amsterdam. The ambiance and the cleanliness added to the overall appeal. The staff, particularly Ricardo and the night team, were exceptionally polite, offering a warm greeting throughout our visit.

The self-check-in/out service proved to be a convenient and pleasant way to manage our arrival and departure. A noteworthy feature was the availability of free umbrellas from a self-service kiosk—a thoughtful touch for guests to utilize as needed.

In summary, the Radisson Blu Hotel provided excellent service, coupled with well-appointed rooms, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience.

Perfect location - only annoying thing is the windows are inside so no fresh air in the rooms. Other than that the rooms and hotel is good and the breakfast is decent
