Great location. You have to buy the ov-chip in order to qualify for the special P+R price. Remember to enter the car park by the P+R lane, and check in and out when you travel to and from the central.

Nice large parking under the olympic stadium. Easy access to the centre and with P+R it is at a good price

Attention friends! How to park there for 1 Euro á day! Must follow my advices: 1. buy tickets for public tram or subways (pick up how many people at same time in the machine: 5 Euro for two people, 5,8 Euro for three...) 2. Print this tickets when u get in the tram and again when u get off (within 1 hour) 3. When u back to park house with tram, do as 2. again. 4. Insert park ticket in machine (it could show on screen normal price, very high) !!! Scan the tram tickets under the screen, then it turns to 1 Euro!!!

Have fun guys in Amsterdam! ;)

One of the best options to park your car and use the public transport to get to the heart of the city. There are some things to take care of 1. After you park your car buy the train ticket from the ticket machine at the exit. Before this you need to scan your parking ticket to connect the train ticket to your parking ticket. There is a big description how to do it right next to the machine. 2. Scan your public transport tickets in the train when u go in and go out of the train. Do not forget this. 3. When you return make sure you return from the city zone . Not from some other place. Then the offer is invalid . This means scan the ticket when u enter the train inside the city zone. Then scan again as u get off the train near the parking place. Now go and pay for the parking ticket and use the train ticket when it asks you to. Then after all this you get to enjoy the 1 euro parking. Worth the try. Additional hint if you forgot to scan the tickets somewhere please remember the procedure and tell exactly this to the attendant, usually there is one guy. Out of pity he might help you. This happened in my case but cannot be guaranteed. Good luck

There are 3 gates/barriers to enter. Only one of them is dedicated to P+R as this issues a special ticket. For 1 Euro/day, you must access only this gate after 10 AM. Because the number of P+R slots are limited, it might be a queue outside waiting for slots to be released (we waited almost 1 hour). After that, things are pretty clear - you can find a leaflet with instructions in English next to the ticketing machine.

During our weekend trip to Amsterdam we kept our car in the P+R. As others have mentioned you may need to wait quite a bit in a que before being able to actually park your car. As well as there is a bit of a procedure necessary with the cards in able to score the €1 parking price so be cautious.

The P+R are definitely a great place to park in Amsterdam! Love'em! Almost free (1€ for almost 2 days) if you strictly follow the instructions. This is definitely the place where I will park my car again the next times!

Excellent value parking. Great value using the P&R parking as only €1 a day plus the €5 return travel ticket (for 2 people). Don't forget to tap out (and in on return) within the central region to be eligible for the discounted parking.

Great place to P+R for Amsterdam. Follow the directions to the P+R Olympisch. When you make the turn off the main street onto the access road you have to do a weird UTurn but from there the driving part is simple:

1. Enter garage slowly (several speed bumps)
2. Take a parking ticket
3. Find a spot. The garage is well lit and the spots are wide
3. Go to ticket machine and buy your tram tickets for Amsterdam
4. Go up the stairs past the parking machines across the courtyard to tram 24 "Central Station"
5. Swipe tickets as you get on and when you get off--VERY IMPORTANT
6. Enjoy visiting
7. When you are done catch tram 24 direction medicine center (something similar)
8. Get off at Olympisch
9. Give back into garage and find pay machine. HINT: there are many do not wait in line.
10. Pay VERY close attention to the instructions. If you did not do all the correct swiping on and off for trams you will pay about 5X as much. HINT: there are cheat sheets next to the steps that tell you what to do.

Big and comfortable parking with free GVB tickets valid to reduce parking price to 1 euro/day. Pay attention - you should check in your GVB ticket in central area of Amsterdam to claim discounted price. Otherwise, just wait for a group of people, usually they need 1 ticket only for their parking and they can give you a ticket for free.

Very good place to park when you want just a 2-3 day trip in amsterdam. Just leave it there and enjoy the city. I payed 1 euro for a day, but you must have a public transport ticket bought from there checked-in in the city center

tips:

1. When arrive: buy gvb ticket from the machine provided before leaving the parking site to go to Amsterdam

2. Note that the gvb ticket only valid for 2 hours in total. That is why I suggest you to buy another 1 day gvb ticket (maybe after arrive in ams central) if you want to stay in ams central from morning till evening

3. Right before leaving: tap the parking ticket to the machine and ALSO your gvb ticket. Then your payment will be changed into 1 or 8 euro

good luck

It's really convenient place for parking in Amsterdam.I paid 8 € for parking for 24 hours, because I arrived before 10 am.Otherwise it would cost only 1€.
In addition, the tram stop is 50 metres away from the parking. You can take this tram to get to the city centre-Centraal Station

I've read other reviews before choosing the car park I was going to use. My experience was great, park was easy to find and indications are clear. It is safe and really cheap option to visit Amsterdam.

Cheap parking. You have to pay for bus tickets and use them to and from city center to use as a discount. With a discount you pay 1-2€ per day. Don't know if it's secure. You may have to wait to get in sometimes.

Great, cheapest parking in town, P+R is complex, but if you do it properly unsaved a lot of money.
