Great store, very friendly owner. I bought a mop which seemed to have a factory fault in it, took it back the same day and instantly got a replacement part without having to ask. You will never have that kind of service with online companies, it’s great to be able to support local stores

Don't let Praxis offers fool you, here you get better quality at competitive prices. I went here twice, and the second time the guy asked me about something we briefly talked about the first time I was there. Places like these makes cities human!

Nice little hardware store with pretty much everything you need. Very friendly staff that willl help you find exactly what you need for your job. Prices are in line with the huge stores, although I would be willing to pay a little more for the great service you get here.

The owner is always cheerful and welcoming and he has most of things you need. There were some items I could not find, but those were very specific.

English (zie hieronder voor NL): The BEST IN AMSTERDAM!!! Unbelievable service and prices! The friendliest, most cheerful and helpful owner (even right at the end of the just, just before closing time). Service like you just don't get anywhere else in Amsterdam.
Nederlands: De BESTE VAN AMSTERDAM!!! Ongelooflijke service en prijzen! De meest vriendelijke, vrolijke en behulpzame eigenaar (zelfs helemaal aan het einde v.d. dag, net voor sluitingstijd). Bediening zoals je elders in Amsterdam gewoon niet tegenkomt.

Tony is de beste, super behulpzaam en altijd goed advies met een grote glimlach. Ik word altijd vrolijk als ik hier iets koop.

Wat een doe het zelf winkel. Alles is er voor wat je nodig hebt in huis. En Tony's advies komt er gratis bij! Fijn dat er zo'n winkel in de buurt is. Gereedschap is ook goed net als machine accessoires. En vuurwerk elk jaar.

Spijt dat ik al die jaren naar de Gamma en Praxis ben gegaan. Hier betaal je dezelfde prijzen, maar krijg je er advies en een goede dosis vriendelijkheid bij. Ook een ruim aanbod aan huishoudelijke artikelen en goed vuurwerk (zonder lange wachtrijen) in december.

Fantastische zaak om in de buurt te hebben, met hele vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar.

De gezelligste winkel van de straat. De prijzen zijn hetzelfde als bij de Gamma. Dus gewoon hier je ijzerwaren kopen. Ook het beste adres voor vuurwerk. Geen lange wachttijden en een goeie collectie.
