I recently had the pleasure of staying in a W Suite at the W Hotel Amsterdam, and it was an unforgettable experience!

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel like royalty, offering exceptional service and attending to every detail.

The suite itself was a masterpiece of design and comfort, blending modern luxury with unique touches that truly set it apart. The panoramic views of Amsterdam from the suite were breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for my stay.

The amenities were top-notch, from the ultra-comfortable bedding to the state-of-the-art technology and sumptuous bathroom.

Dining at the hotel was a delight, with culinary creations that were both innovative and delicious.

The location of the hotel also made exploring Amsterdam a breeze, with many attractions within walking distance.

Overall, my stay at the W Suite was a dazzling experience, and I cannot recommend it highly enough for anyone looking for a touch of luxury in the heart of Amsterdam.

The spa is a must! Really nice and relaxing.

The rooms are good, beds comfy like all W. Style and vibe differ and depend on the building, will try the Bank building next time.

Very good breakfast at Mr Porter, and great drinks in the W lounge. One tip for management: put a door stopper on the door between Mr Porter and W Lounge, as it closes VERY loudly.

They really maximize the space in a clever way for the rooms. Room service was quick, and had great options. Friendly staff, very responsive, great location. Fantastic hotel.

We checked in too early and our room was not ready, so we rest in the beautiful "W Lounge" can't believe it's opened at 10 AM. The decor is modern and you are going to love the view, the heated pool look so pretty.
After 2 hours our room was ready, and we had an awesome view, even though it was tiny, the room was modern and made efficient use of a limited space.
There's a Michelin one star restaurant "The Duchess" I am going to try soon. And Mr. porter the steakhouse looks legit. My breakfast at Mr. Porter is delicious & the service here is superb.

Stayed at the W for 5 days and 4 nights and spent New Year’s at their Starlight Soirée. Location is close to everything. Rooms were comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was truly the best. Helene was amazing!!! She was very kind and very attentive from the beginning of our stay until the end. She made this trip very special.

We had a positive experience even after reading all the negative reviews. Room was clean and Nice. Small for USA standards but not for Amsterdam standards as hotel rooms here run small. The bed was clean and comfortable, the heat/AC worked as it should. This is a young hip hotel so there was music and noise at night. The spa was fabulous and the underground wet area was so perfect on a chilly Amsterdam day. Please understand nice hotels in Amsterdam are not cheap this hotel normally goes for over $500 USD a night same goes for Krasnapolsky near by. Don't complain you spent $300 a night but it wasn't the Four seasons. I would recommend this hotel and return again.

This hotel was fantastic for a two night stay with my parents visiting from the states in February 2023. The mix of modern and classic style was stunning and the service was top tier. Loved the rooftop restaurants and The Duchess for breakfast. Hands down one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in Europe, if not ever!

Second time staying here. The first was several years ago so it was nice to return to something a little familiar but with some new twists. The hotel itself was very responsive to our needs. Had a, mostly, fantastic time celebrating the new year at Mr. Porter's restaurant. Two observations: 1) The breakfast service at The Duchess was inconsistent Fantastic one day and very lacking the next. 2) Service at the W Lounge in the sixth floor for the Exchange Building was lacking in both options on the menu and sufficient staff. Neither observation is enough to offset the stellar performance of the property as a whole. Mr. Porter's reviewed separately.

We enjoyed our stay on 9/12/23. The location is great! Great service during check-in. We appreciate the recognition in the note from Naomi for being Gold Elite member. For future guests, we recommend to use the sauna and spa pool. It is included. Great service during check-out as well with Aida.

Perfect location! Small rooms but still very enjoyable. Not ideal to have Just one receptionist in the Bank building. First class to Cami from the Spa for her professionality and got accomodating while her colleauge said it was not possible. Thanks to Naomi for the Amenities and Lexi as well!

Fantastic hotel in wonderful location. Stylish spacious rooms that make you feel special.

The staff was extremely friendly and the room was outstanding. However, the carpet in the corridor was somewhat dirty and should have had a deep cleaning. The breakfast buffet was excellent but was more expensive compared to other hotels.

Amazing stay in this hotel. The check in went super smooth thanks to Jordan and Anastasia, also thankful for the champagne bottle in the room thanks to Naomi. The room lights specially the ones in the mirror...(first time i can make Up with nice artificial lights) The pool amazing views to the royal Palace and amazing service at the lounge... Great experience thanks everyone!!!

The nicest hotel I've stayed in. From check in, to check out, the staff rolled out the carpet for us. Delivering on everything we asked.

Our room was epic, quiet and light. The wet areas are to die for, might have to go back!

Brilliant Hotel in central Amsterdam. The location is easy access to restaurant, coffee shops and entertainment. The rooms are super, futuristic and quirky decor. The bed is comfortable and large, we got a standard room and really would not have opted for an upgrade. The restaurant and lounge bar within the hotel is also pretty cool, good music, ambience on the day we went. The spa is fab, love the chill out area within the spa and the cold plunge. The gym is brilliant! Well equipped for any fitness enthusiast.

I will 100% be return to this hotel! And have been recommending it to friends.

We had an amazing stay at W Amsterdam. We are Platinum members and, though the hotel was very booked for the weekend, we were graciously upgraded to the Sublime room thanks to Hanna and Edgar at the front desk. They truly made our stay so special as we were also celebrating our birthdays. From the maintenance team to the concierge, everyone was so kind and I will absolutely be staying there the next time I am in Amsterdam.
