HUAWEI Customer Service Center Amsterdam

Sameer was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely interested in ensuring my issues were resolved. One should always expect some issues with even the best of technological devices and I'm happy to know that Huawei cares in handling any of the bugs that may arise.

My phone got fixed beyond expectations and very fast. After a while, I had to come back and they helped me by finding the best solution. The guys have good technical knowledge. But most important; they are extremely helpful and nice.

Very fast and professional service center. If you have a Huawei with issues go here and don't go anywhere else.
When I got there the guy was friendly and explained everything in a good matter. Reading my knowledge level very well and responding correctly.
Defect on my phone got fixed as expected but they also found out that the guy who fixed my broken screen (another company) did a horrible job. Gave me a picture of the inside as proof and again got good advice.
Very happy with this service centre. Which there where more in the Netherlands.

Came in because of screen burn on an Honor 10. Clearly, a very helpful team. They replaced the screen on the spot, within the promised hour. The enthusiasm and friendliness of the guy on the desk when I was there gave the place a really good atmosphere. Thanks.

Infectiously positive and candid attitude. Almost want to go back for the friendly and inviting smiles.
The gentleman had in depth technical knowledge and was able to communicate an otherwise complicated process in a very easy to understand way.

It was an actual pleasure to visit the service center. Even though it was just few minuts before closing time, I was greeted with a smile. The attitude of the guy was beyond professional, with a touch of humour - exemplary behavior for any servicing personel! My problem was fixed quickly and I left with a cheerful attitude.

Huawei's customer service center in Amsterdam is doing a great job. The team is incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a good range of Huawei products in stock. The store is kept clean and welcoming. I have no hesitation going back here for Huawei service in the future.

I went to fix the front camera of my huawei p20 pro, and the costumer service was completelly great. Sameer was really nice with me and explained where were the problems and showed me how was the hardware/software at the moment. Then Gio fixed it in less than an hour! Never been so fast to get my phone repaired. They've also made an upgrade to the case because it was quite bad.
Spectacular attention from both!! They helped me very much, thank you and congrats!! 👏👏👏

Extremely satisfied with the very friendly and professional service. My phone was replaced due to the Huawei warranty so I will stay with the Huawei brand as long as this service center exists in Amsterdam although I live faraway from it at the south of NL. Hopefully, its employees get bonus and recognition for their unforgettable work.

They were super fast taking care of it and after some troubleshooting I was advised to go to their Service Center.

This guys are great!!! I had a file transfer problem with my Huawei P9 Lite and they solved it within a few minutes without charging me nothing plus they give me a new data cable @ 0 cost what else!! Hopefully they are there because is very difficult to find a Huawei official service store now and they are so kind and gentle! Thanks you very much Huawei technical service store!!!

The most ever good customer service I have experienced, other should learn from the good savoir fair of the guy who attend the customer. Sameer was probably the best support I've ever received from a cellular company. I was Iooking for a replacement headphone converter for my 1plus and he really hooked it up. If you're looking into a mobile phone, please look into visiting Sameer at Huawei!
