During my last 2 visits to Eye wish , I was impressed by the professionalism displayed during the eye test. The optometrist demonstrated a thorough understanding of their craft, conducting a meticulous examination that instilled confidence in the accuracy of my prescription. What stood out was their insightful advice on lenses and glasses— they took the time to explain various options tailored to my needs.

Im really happy with the service and even more with my new glasses! The personal was very attentive and transparent, helping with all the details and the delivery was faster then expected!

I went interested in contact lenses and receive a perfect customer service from start to finish, . They are not satisfied until your lenses are perfect, so they gave me a second kit of try out lenses when they saw the first one could be improved upon and also thorough information about how to use the lenses, recommendation of types and use cases, they even tell you if they think lenses might not be a good fit in your situation. Definitely recommended. Thank you for the top notch customer service!

We’re from Sweden and obviously tourists. My daughter’s glasses breaks and everywhere we go we hear that we need to get her a full av examination of her sight to get new glasses and that it will be really expensive getting her a new pair. On a whim we stroll in to your shop and ask if there’s a remote possibility that you could repair her glasses. The gentleman in charge takes a look and says ”I’ll have a look”. For ten minutes he’s all over the glasses and returns them in mint condition. I tell him he’s a life saver and Ask what I owe him. He responds with: ”Nah, nothing. It’s on the house”. Wow! Makes you believe in mankind again ❤❤

The handle of my glasses broke and fell off yesterday so I had to make an appointment for the new one and out of curiosity, I want to also get my eyes tested. I was assisted by Margo. She carried out the test so patiently, gave me an hour to come back because I have a tired eyes before get them tested again, and even repair my broken glasses so that I will still be able to see until my new pairs are ready.

I would even recommend for her raise to be honest. She knew I worked behind computer all day, and wouldn’t even function without glasses. Because of her, I will be just fine for the next days. Kudos to Margo.

Melanie also helps me choose the right glasses for my needs. So, both are awesome!

Great services and real helpful. They fixed 2 sunglasses ( some screws were missing) in 15min and free of charge. I highly recommend their services and I loved their selection of eyewear
