Hotel NH Amsterdam Noord

Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I went for a birthday trip and they left a birthday treat in my room with a cute hand written note! The room was amazing with a gorgeous balcony view. The hotel is so easy to get to and from Amsterdam central with their shuttle bus dropping and collating you from the free boat to central. Would definitely recommend to a friend and will be back for sure!

We stayed here during our recent visit to Amsterdam. The hotel is located in a quiet location of Noord and is accessible through bus and metro, however there is a 10 minute walk from Noorderpark station. The hotel provides free shuttle service to its guests to Central Station or ferry.

The check in was very quick and Priya at reception shared us with some tour itineraries. Overall we had a comfortable stay here.

They were smiling all the time with the guest made us feel welcome. Excellent service from the breakfast staff.

Front desk staff is wonderful! Raabia and Nellie are both caring and professional. Dealing with so many airline crews has got to be difficult but they do it with a smile on a continual basis. It is refreshing to be remembered and they always do their best to help with room requests. Hotel is very comfortable and secure. Location is ideal, close to downtown and great shuttle service. Having bikes available is another great plus!

Check in with Abdel was warm and welcoming, my room was very clean and spacious.
Also breakfast tasted good and Linda made my morning much better.

Great helpful helpdesk since the booking. They were very helpful in accommodating for my requests for the room and even upgraded me to a superior room to allow for that. Nice superb clean rooms, great service and hospitality.

Linda/Rhoebe have been wonderful serving breakfast. Can’t to do enough for you and always smiling. Omelettes are the best

The highlight of The N H Noord is definitely the staff. Nellie and Nina are always very welcoming and willing to help with your request. The room service is always prompt and the food is delicious. I have stayed at this hotel for business and pleasure and have always enjoyed my time here at The NH Noord

My stays at the nh noord have always been a pleasure. The hotel is located in a convenient location easy access to downtown. The rooms are very clean. The staff Nellie and her co workers are excellent, always willing to go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasure.

The staff is 5 stars. The from desk checkin is always fast and friendly. Raabia and Nellie are professional and courteous. It’s always a pleasure to see them at reception. The entire staff at the Amsterdam Noord is wonderful and always accommodating. The location is convenient and the area offers an abundance of restaurants and shops. I recommend this hotel for location and staff.

The hotel is in a nice location far enough away from the busyness and close enough to go into the city with a quick walk and ferry ride. I also used one of their bicycles to wander around town. It’s convenient to many restaurants and shops. The room, itself, was clean and quiet. Their fitness center is also a good size and well-equipped for a workout. I look forward to staying again.

The Bar staff are caring, efficient and fun!
I know when I go down there I’ll be met with a smile and they always know what I want to drink.
They feel more like friends than staff! I love this bar and I wouldn’t want anything to change. Bravo

I have had the best experience at this property! I felt welcomed and listened to. The staff here is incredible and professional! Ricardo, Raabia, and shouraine have been the best !!! I love my room and the amenities! I will ask that the gym be updated! The machines are dated and rusty! Other than that it's been amazing! Keep up the great work!

Great hotel in Amsterdam! Rooms are nice and clean. The staff is wonderful! I travel to this location at least 5 timed per month and I'm never disappointed.

Nellie and the staff are always so welcoming, warm and receptive. They take excellent care of us airline customers. They treat us like family. Love them all!!!

Easily accessible from the train. The hotel is clean and staff very friendly. I love the sandwiches and 24/7 convenience of a snack shop in the lobby.

Always great food and the bar staff is always attentive. Rooms are always comfortable. Have stayed and eaten here for many times over the years. I look forward to spending time here when away from home.

Perfect location to everything you may want to do! Rooms are simply “blah”. Nothing special. Just a room. Needs some charm such as paintings on the wall, new paint, throw rug and clock. Staff is incredibly nice! But don’t leave before getting a sandwich from Ms.Naomi!!

We stayed here in January for my husbands 30th birthday, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, the room was stunning and the staff couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful. When we arrived we didn’t have a clue where we was going as soon as we rang the hotel they helped us find the shuttle bus (which was absolutely amazing the whole trip). The breakfast was always lovely and they couldn’t do enough for you! Also the little bar is lovely too we enjoyed having a drink in there. We will certainly be staying here every time we come. Thank you for such an amazing experience! Would definitely recommend staying here!
