France Hotel Amsterdam

This hotel is beautiful will definitely be back , staff are great room is lovely and clean , toilet and shower has everything you need and room was big enough the hotel is quiet and great value for money can't fault this hotel with anything at all absolutely loved it will be booking again. .

Great place! Right in the center of Amsterdam! It was a good quality-price hotel and we were able to leave our bags there for the day. The bed was very comfortable, however we stay in a no window room which is always not the best experience. Nevertheless, I recommend this hotel!

Location is 10 minutes walk from the station. (Not so close).
Easy check in, very friendly staff.
Room was considerable in space, but both room and bathroom have lot of flying bugs and that was very annoying.
My reason for giving 5 stars is one of the staff named (salwan). He was very helpful in reassuring me after I almost had a heart attack. He even brought me coke and a chocolate bar.
Again, very friendly staff.

Great small hotel right on a canal. Canal view rooms available where you can open the window for a nice view. Receptionist was very busy when we stayed but was still very friendly with storing our luggage before and after our stay so we could walk around the area before we left. Great convenient location not far from the cruise terminal, walking tours, etc.

Location is perfect, and good priced at that. 5mins walk from Centraal - train, metro, tram, bus - are available, and restos of varied price point and cuisine types are available. Bars also are just outside but you can't hear them at all when inside the hotel.

Staff is trop class. Very helpful, generous with their advice, and proactive in providing information you might need especially if you're solo traveler or a first time Amsterdam tourist.

Very sweet staff, super helpful! The front rooms have the most amazing view ever! The beds are extremely comfortable and prices are fair. It’s right in front a cute charming canal and there are some bars around but not so noisy during sleeping hours. It’s very close - 5min walk - to all big touristic attractions so there are literally thousands of people on the street above.

Small but well furnished, no better location, it literally in the middle of the center. Guys at the reception extremely nice and helpful. But the price could be a little lower by night for what it is, you mainly pay for the location. Thanks ✨🙂

Best place to stay in Amsterdam Central/Red Light for the price. Clean, Professional and Friendly Staff. Few minutes walk from Central Train Station. I stayed here a few nights. Rooms above ground floor have windows.

A very good choice if you're on budget. Rooms are clean, not big but good enough for one to two person. Location is extremely convenient as it's just a few minutes walk away from Central Station. Definitely will stay here again whenever I'm in Amsterdam.

Nice spot, close to red light street, next to the river.
Also close to the train station, only 3-5min walk.
There are bars and restaurant right next to the hotel in case some nights you don't wanna go somewhere far

Wonderful and social service, great spot and extremely easy to access via Amsterdam Centraal. Views from rooms aren't the best, but when you step outside you will feel amazed!

Experience was cool except for the breakfast. You have to grab your foods and drinks from Prince Hendrink Hotel and the portion was just small. So next time if you want to have a full sandwich, write 2 on the paper. 😙

Lovely hotel, cozy, clean and well located hotel. It is 15 mins from the Central train station. I enjoyed my time in this hotel as it was comfortable although it was small. The hotel personnel at the lobby was very attentive and cool. They gave us directions and advise about Amsterdam. The breakfast was in the nearby Irish pub and th food was good with hot and cold items.
I will definetely comeback to this hotel.

Fantastic location, close to the train station and loads of main attractions nearby.... bathroom and shower excellent, room nice size, staff very friendly....big plus being able to leave our bags when we checked out as our flight home is late in the evening and we could explore more of this wonderful city.

We are stay for 2 nights there for weekend break . Its lovely place, close to station and next to red light area,but feeling so safe for 2 women to walk around . Friendly staff and helpful.

Location, location, location

Next to the railway station, docks for canal tours, food.

Museums are a short walk. Inexpensive for being so close to everything.

The location is amazing. The rooms compared to other Amsterdam rooms are spaced. They are warm and cozy with all what you need from a 3 star hotel. The stuff are friendly and helpful.

Rooms were clean, reception staff were really friendly and knowledgeable. Nice area to sit downstairs. Amazing location. Great value for money. Lebanese restaurant next door is fab.
