Highly recommend, I had an issue with IND where they wanted me to repeat the 5 years again in order to get the indefinite resident permit for HSM. the issue was caused my previous employer which I had nothing to do with. The issue caused me lots of stress and endless days of sleepless and depression, after reaching out to few lawyers who told me it's hopless case, Bierbach toke my case and understood my frustration and wrote a long very convincing appeal letter to the IND. after 8 months of waiting the IND finally accepted me appeal.
