Bought my first guitar here. Brilliant service, they set up the guitar for free when I took it in a couple weeks later (Because the luthier was not available the week I bought it) to have a sling knobs installed. Playability was improved greatly and the knobs were perfect. Extremely pleasant vibe in store as well, and the employees helped a lot with figuring out what guitar was best to fit my needs as a beginner.

I bought a beautiful Eastman mandolin in this store recently. Sounded and played amazing. I told the in-store luthier that I wanted to put lighter strings on it. "Then we have to set it up for that!" Two hours later the mandolin was ready with new strings and a complete setup at no extra cost. Serious professionals these guys.

I came all the way to Amsterdam just to buy a specific Martin guitar, I had a wonderful experience there,the staff are very nice and professional. I got a free and professional set up, new strings as well. Great service, nice musical talks, 🙏🙏thank you Harry!!

Very friendly, honest and knowledgeable owners! I had my guitar fixed here in no time. I wouldn't have be able to do it on my own since you need to know some tricks. They have a great assortment of guitars and accessories and I will definitely buy my next guitar here. Highly recommend 😃
