Maria and her team are just the best! Very fast, convenient and good car park (see the one I got last time in pictures). SIXT has great adjacent services and opportunities for upgrades. Go for it!

Rented a moving van 30th July from 8:00-17:00

- was there at 8:00, waited about 15 min in line
- friendly staff
- nice new big van (Mercedes)
- returning was easy, they have an own parking lot at RAI location, dropped the keys in a secured box inside the parking garage.

- 3 days later the bill showed up, no surprises, only exactly what was agreed up on in front (€120 + extra driven km)

Would definitely recommend!

Special mention to Waylon and Sanne, helped us from the start and accommodated all of our requests. Sanne was exceptional in the booking part and got us the best possible deal. Waylon then executed the transaction on the day with ease even though they didn’t have the car ready, he made sure another one was so we weren’t delayed

Very good service and friendly staff at Amsterdam RAI office. The process was fast and the staff provide us all the necessary information. The payment was possible with my debit card and the security deposit was returned to my account in just a few days. I just recommend to take pictures of the car at pickup and return in case of something. In general I was very satisfied with the service provided at RAI Amsterdam Office.

I rented an eletronic van in Amstredam RAI, yesterday (27-07-2023). The people working in the branch were very nice, and taught me how to drive an electronic vehicule (very easy, by the way). They took time to reply to all my questions. Very professional. Furthemore, I liked to drive the van. The price is not expensive and you can even choose between few hours, a day or more.

It was again a similar car offering case (very typical for car rental companies) with a higher price but the lady in the office did a very good job and could manage to give the available upgrade without additional cost. Thanks to the lady working in day shift on 18.04.2023 whose name I couldn’t remember now

I really wanted to thank all the staff in this Office. I had a problem as I forgot my passports in the taxi that brought us to the place an the girl at the desk did all her best to get the taxi. The guy in the place was also really kind and tried to calm us. Finally we got the passports back. The car? Great! Very clean and in perfect conditions, great information. Thank you all for your kindness and your service.

As a platinum member and CEO of the company having SIXT business account and renting tons of cars with SIXT, I'd like to give a huge recognition to Arthur M who was helping us to pick up a car in several occasions. He was the one who gave an extremely great experience and helping with all the questions while helping to get a car. I felt we were getting treated professionally and courteously. I believe Arthur deserves a high recognition due to the service level he gave us. These types of people lift and scale up the business tremendously. Thanks for helping with the car and SIXT RAI location is definitely on our TOP list of car rental in the Netherlands.

I have been renting trucks and vans from Sixt for several years and have always experienced great customer service, case in point: recently the removal truck I rented to go to Ireland had a partially empty tank on departure but was fully reimbursed on my return!

The RAI SixT office in Amsterdam was very efficient and friendly. (BTW it was almost $200 cheaper using a location other than the airport) Coming from the US, the SixT staff explained the safety features of the car, how to get in touch with them if something were to go wrong (which it didn't), how to return, the insurance, etc. The car was really clean. Further, the SixT web site I found to be super easy to maneuver through. I could change dates and locations without ANY difficulty and their prices were competitive. I would be hard pressed to use any other car rental agency in Europe or here in the US if available. SUPER Great Job Sixt!!!!! P.S. ASK FOR ARTHUR AT THIS LOCATION.

After a very bad experience at Sixt Schiphol i decided to give Sixt one more chance to keep my business and went to Sixt RAI, all i can say is that they succeeded. Great employees, great service and easy to reach.

Used the Sixt Amsterdam RAI branch many times and never had issues. Staff is always positive and attentive. Prices are reasonable for the location.
