Exceptional service provided by Coen and USA Import, from A to Z!
My Porsche 911, imported from California, needed to undergo alterations in order to comply with French norms. And then there was the French Administration and paper work to deal with. Coen handled all this in a very effective and very professional way. What could have been a nightmare became a smooth ride.

Coen helped me when no one else here in Germany could - the German auto importers cited "chip shortage", "weak euro" and other lame excuses, while USA Car Import could handle this quite easily from a client standpoint. Transparency and sincerity all the way through - my very custom order for a vehicle got delivered on schedule and without issues. Very trustworthy on all auto import matters, would do business again in the future, should I need another car imported from the US or Canada.

Coen has taken care of the import of my Aston Martin. He always been very responsive and available when needed. Everything that has been offered has been delivered, so I recommend working with USA Car Import.

My experience with USA-Import could not have been a more pleasant one. The professionalism of the organization was initially noticed the moment they picked-up our car up in Virginia Beach, VA and they followed through with the same professional courtesy and quality during the importation, in-country inspection, registration and licensing processes through to the very end when we collected our car at the indoor storage facility in Rotterdam Port. The collection process was so smooth and effortless. The car was just as clean as it was when we turned it over to them. My overall experience was that I could not have asked for better service. USA-Import came through with flying colors and I recommend them with the highest regard. Very well done!

Uitstekende aankoop- en importservice met een lokale US inspecteur die beoordeelt of de gewenste auto ook écht een goede koop is of niet. Dat geeft pas vertrouwen! En als er iets ontbreekt of gemaakt moet worden, kan dat meteen uitgevoerd worden voordat de auto verscheept wordt. Het hele proces word uit handen genomen, professioneel afgehandeld en met een beetje geduld, rij je daarna in een unieke US auto in Nederland. Nogmaals bedankt, Coen!

Wat een heerlijke relaxte manier om een auto aan te schaffen. Coen (en zijn team) regelt alles van dealer tot transport. In de tussentijd worden er op mijn verzoek nog wat aanpassingen gedaan aan de auto. Inmiddels is onze Jeep Rubicon aangekomen op Bonaire en kan het genieten beginnen. Dank Coen en team voor het ontstressen😎💪

Ook voor een logistiek echte klus een aanrader met dit bedrijf zaken te doen. Onze museum waardige pantserwagen uit de tweede wereldoorlog keurig begeleid inclusief de afhandeling van export vergunningen. Uitstekend open en direct overleg. Buiten geduld vanwege de vele papieren een echte ‘Piece of cake’ 😊 voor dit bedrijf om deze klus te klaren.
