Not even deserve one star 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻! I had a disappointing experience at Viareggio Interior and Home Accessories. The lady working as the seller was very rude and even shouted at me during my visit. It's important for a shop to provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere to customers, and unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit.
Not only did I receive extremely poor treatment from the seller at Viareggio Interior and Home Accessories, but I also had the intention of purchasing items and taking pictures to ask my family's opinion. Shockingly, I was shouted at and treated as if I were an animal. This behavior is unacceptable, and it's crucial for any shop to treat customers with respect and kindness

We were looking at a product. We asked the shopkeepers some questions about it. They gave us answers, but in the end we didn’t buy it because we were not 100% convinced about the quality. We told them we wanted to think a little more about it the potential purchase.

Then they chased us away from the shop saying “shoo shoo!!,” as we were some animals (my friend got actually physically pushed by the shopkeeper) and made gestures that they were happy that they managed us to leave the shop. What kind of customer service is this?! Who treats his/her customers in such a rude and impolite way? The shop owners named us Chinese and clearly didn’t mean it as a compliment (we are actually not all from China).

So it you are a tourist in de Pijp area and you want to have a good time, you better avoid a visit to the Viareggio store. Have never been treated like this by anybody and am shocked by the disgusting behaviour of the shopkeepers of Viareggio.

This place doesn’t exist. It’s a restaurant. I went there today (July 26th, 2023), during their “business hours” and I did not find anything.

Worst customer service ever found... quality and prices don’t match, so you probably won’t buy anything from there. But if you enter once you will understand why it’s always empty and now one goes in! Terrible atmosphere.

Non voglio mettere la stella neanche una.
Mi è trattato molto male , no dico che malissimo, è vero. E persone pessimo VERAMENTE.
Abbiamo dato una occhiata e ho trovato una borsa che volevo capire come grandezza della borsa per me.
però per me era un po’ grande.
Ho detto che “ci penso un po’ “, mi ha risposta “haaaa ciao ciao ” e mi ha spinto con quel parole.
Dopo “uuuuuuuuu VAI VIA CHE CINESE!!!”
Non si può dire così e se sia cinese.
Peccato che veramente malissimo e MAI visto così pessimo persone nella mia vita.

Diceva che “ciao ciao ” e nome del negozio è come italiano che speriamo che non siano italiani.

Tja beetje oplichters eigenlijk. Ze verkopen bijvoorbeeld meerdere vloerkleden van het merk By Boo waar men de By Boo etiketten van verwijderd heeft zodat mensen het merk en de prijzen niet kunnen googlen. Vervolgens verkopen ze deze kleden voor meer dan 100 euro boven de adviesprijs van By-Boo. Zielig zooitje gewoon, doe jezelf een plezier en koop hier geen spullen, tenzij u echt ruzie met uw geld heeft.
