Moskee Amstelveen

Assalamualaikum. Located inside an industrial area in South West of Amstelveen. I found this the only masjid in Amstelvee, the next nearest one being in Uithoorn or in Zuid. The Jumah khutbah starts around 2 pm. Try reaching early as the masjid is small and gets crowded. Had to pray outside in makeshift tents. They give the sermon in Dutch, Arabic and English as well

Alhamdullilah the masjid is now open. 5 daily prayers with Jumaah prayer also. Arabic khutbah follow up with Dutch then English. Jazakallah for your effort in making those translation. There are toilets and wudu places and seperate room for the ladies. Assalamualaikum.

For those that complains this masjid is too small for friday prayers, i wish that you complaint this masjid is too small for daily prayers.

Good mosque! Khutba is in Dutch as well as in English.

I went and they were closed! I wish there was a sign outside showing when they open, or a phone number, or prayer times :( I’ve been waiting outside for 30 minutes.

Hebben al hamdulillah zojuist het gebed verricht in deze mooie moskee. Wil graag mijn lof uitspreken over de mensen die deze moskee in beheer hebben. Hoewel ik hen niet allemaal ken proef ik al hamdulillah altijd een prettige energie en sfeer om hen heen hangen. De moskee wordt door mensen met verschillende achtergronden bezocht. Dat illustreert naar mijn inziens de visie van de islam, namelijk dat deze geen ras kent maar ons allen verenigt al hamdulillah.

Onder mijn werktijd als taxichauffeur kwam in Amstelveen hamdolliah heb ik een moskee kunnen vinden. Ze ging sluiten was net op tijd om te bidden omdat ze na elke gebed meteen sluiten alleen als lezing is. heel vriendelijke mensen. Het is een klein moskee maar fijn, genoeg parkeerruimte
Het is helaas wel afgelegen in industriegebied.
Helaas kunnen ze niet altijd open blijven na het gebed omdat mensen bidden meteen vertrekken.
