The best banking experience!!! There was a little line at the beginning, waited for about 10 min but then somebody helped me out to open my bank account so quickly!!! Great service

Arrived there at around 14h, waited 20 sec before I was asked. Redirected to right person and my new bank account was opened withing 15 min! Only a few papers needed, very friendly people (solutions finders). I definitely recommend going there, check the popular times before!

Banking may not be the hot topic for reviews, but if your are moving to a new country or setting up a business office, a bank is an essential component. The ING bank branch on Rokin was a great experience for me. They spoke English, explained the process, applicable fees, helped me avoid some fees and even helped me navigate the Dutch website well enough I could manage my account while my Dutch improves. I walked out with my new business account in about 30 minutes. There were no surprises and everything worked as they said it would.

TIP: If moving to a new country be sure you understand the requirements to reside there. The bank cannot help you with that.

I saw the bad reviews and scared but when I went there what I saw was different picture. The people was nice and I've done my account opening request almost in 10 minutes. Thanks!
