Please do not use Vestius at any cost if your case may require a court proceeding! The way in which Vestius went about litigating my case was inappropriate, and ended up costing me huge legal fees even though I was assured numerous times by their lawyers prior to agreeing to going to court that their fees would be covered by the company we were suing. This was absolutely not the case. Nor did I win the money Vestius was claiming I should be aiming for. I was told by the lawyer that I would receive a discount on fees seeing as my bill quickly became outrageous, yet in the end I was given no discount. My case was, from my opinion, a pretty strait forward case. I was suing for harassment at work with numerous examples of mistreatment and sexual misconduct. The other party had nothing more than stories that only should have qualified as heresay. The Vestius lawyer still managed to mess this up. Please, use any other lawyer in the city of Amsterdam if your case requires anything close to a court proceeding. In the end Vestius took claim to over 65% of my court winnings. That is not how any law office should operate. Stay clear from Vestius.
