I showed up late to a swap appointment, after cycling in the rain for 30 minutes. Omar stayed late and swapped my bike when he was probably about to go home. Thank you Omar! He could have easily sent me away, but took his time to do this anyway. Give this guy a raise!

Super friendly and efficient, I handed in a bike and left a non-swap fiets basket attached to it and they offered to remove it and dispose of it for me, never had a problem with them in the years I had a swapfiets. 💯
