These kind of places we have way too few of in our country. Great, great craft beers. While I was there, due to reasons, not too many USA beers. But well categorized chalkboards and great atmosphere. I enjoyed some awesome stouts with a glass of water and a small taster of sour, offered by the bar, to reset the taste. Highly appreciated. Highly recommended!!!

De Uiver is a beer connoisseur paradise hidden in Haarlem. Open late, it's knowledgeable staff draws a fantastic crowd. We loved Mielie (spelling?) who served us local and a variety of European beers, including an Estonian beer, delicious with notes of pine nuts. For sure a place I would love to return to next time I am in NL.

Fantastic beer and great service. The bar staff are really helpful when you have to decide which of the 40 draught beers you want to try. Plus hearing Jimi Hendrix being played in a bar is a real bonus.

Great experience. My boyfriend and I went in to take a look and choose our beers. The girl offered us some try beers, which was so generous! My boyfriend ended up with a nice blonde honey orange beer and I like cherry beers but I’m such a lightweight so she offered it to me in a small glass. Definitely recommend this place!!

Great selection of awesome beers in a very nice setting. Taste is upgraded with proper glass for the best flavor!

Lovely old traditional brown cafe in the shadow of the Grote Kerk in Haarlem city. Good selection of drinks and snacks.

There are 41 beer taps and you are offered free tasting. It would have been better if the tap beers were a bit more cold.

So many type of beers from tape! Cosy pub with friendly and helpful service, they are happy to give you advice when you don’t know what to drink - they give a little from the beer you would like to have to try it first. Also reasonable prices, highly recommended!

40 (craft) beers on draught, ever changing selection, bartenders who actually know their Beers. Surprusingly low hipster count too 😃

Good Alcoholic drinks and the bar lady can tell you everythiing about the beer and alocholic drinks they sell and give you suggetions.
