My friend and I stumbled across this place when we were exploring an abandoned ship yard in Amsterdam and I'm so glad we did. It's a small but charming place away from the loud city where locals like to eat. The staff were really friendly and the location is amazing. The food was delicious and affordable. Portions were also good.

One of the better places in NDSM. Small, affordable, great vibe, friendly staff and mainly good people. Live music on some events. Also great for families.

This is one of my favourite cafés in Amsterdam. Very alternative and attractive. Decoderated with repurposed material and artifacts, the café has an inviting environment. The menu matches the decoration with authentic dishes and fancy drinks. The staff are friendly and the food is fresh and delicious.

Five stars for the vibe and the chips! You feel like you are in your best friends backyard. Plenty of relaxed outdoor and indoor seating. Service and prices are just ok. I can imagine that this place must get crowded at night.

One of our favourite finds in Amsterdam. A lovely cafe in Noord. It feels a bit like being in a greenhouse (but not as hot!). Light and airy, and quite quirky. Food was delicious, highly recommend the falafel and pita bread. Very good atmosphere too, lots of people sat outside because the weather was good. Definitely worth a visit!

Super charming place, a band was playing in the center which drew my attention inmediately. The drinks are good and the food too but takes too long. The outside patio is lovely with a beautiful view and warmers of course.

Incredible food and service! The fantastic atmosphere and definitely a refreshing break from the busy city. Well worth the trip to find this cafe after enjoying The graffiti and art at NSDM.

Cool place with lots of space for lunch or dinner. Great place among the water for a cup of coffee while a DJ plays some relaxing tunes. Nice vegan/vegi dishes..DOGS WELCOME!

The whole neighbourhood is such a cool area, old warehouse and shipyards turned into cafés, restaurants, theatres etc.
The Noorderlich café was one of my favourite places there, really something else, and the area by the beach with the stage is great to relax.
The ferry to get from Amsterdam Centraal to the NDSM neighbourhood is for free by the way, so makes it quite comfortable to get there.
Would definitely recommend.

Very nice service. Good food. One of our dishes came late than others but they quickly apologized and even offered the drink on house. Nice vibe and location. Worth visiting ☆

We had just a simple snack of nachos and two draft beers. We sat on the grass area and ordered from the bar. It was perfect! Amazing friendly service and a nice quiet, quirky oasis close to but drastically different from the hustle and bustle of central Amsterdam.

Really cool place. The chuck steak was amazing! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. The beer was good too. There was a music Festival on which was fun

What can I say? The location is simply amazing, there is always good music and the staff is very friendly. I enjoyed this place in winter time but much better in spring. Just sit outside and enjoy each good vibe!

Great place in the north for having drinks, healthy dinners, and just hanging out. It's quirky, like most places in the North or Amsterdam. It's a great place to sit outside during the summer, with a view of the water. They often have live music. They have a good selection of beers too. It's also a fantastic place to hold private events.

Fine place on the north side of Amsterdam. Chill out spot when the weather is nice. Interesting menu with new twists on dutch classics, e.g. seaweed and vegetable bitterballs. Worth the ferry ride.

Awesome place with futuristic-eco-friendly-hippie vibes. Live music, jazz, rock band, and really good food (fondue in winter is yummy)

One of my favo places to go. It's a converted greenhouse on a little hill with outside seating, overlooking the water. Even when it's cold, the wood-fired heater will keep you nice and snug. Excellent menu of food and drinks.

Great place go grab a bite + coffee, and take in the harbour front. In an artsy district of Amsterdam; you'll find a lot of neat little installations in this area. Don't skip it!
